Nephrosolid ist ein Frischpflanzen-Präparat aus Goldrutenkraut-, Birkenblätter-, Hauhechelkraut- und Zinnkrauturtinktur zur Anregung der Harnausscheidung, bei Schmerzen im Bereich der Blase und Harnröhre, mit häufigem Wasser lösen, Harndrang und Brennen.
Bei wiederkehrenden oder mehrere Tage andauernden Beschwerden sowie bei Fieber ist ein Arzt oder eine Ärztin zu konsultieren. Infektionen der Harnwege können ernsthafte Folgen haben. Wenn Sie bereits an einer chronischen Nieren- oder Harnwegsinfektion leiden oder geschwollene Beine (Ödeme) haben, sollten Sie Nephrosolid nur mit dem ausdrücklichen Einverständnis des Arztes einnehmen.
Bis heute sind keine Anwendungseinschränkungen bekannt. Bei bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch sind keine besonderen Vorsichtsmassnahmen notwendig. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogisten, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!)
einnehmen.
Auf Grund der bisherigen Erfahrungen ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. die Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin um Rat fragen.
Erwachsene: 3mal täglich 10?15 Tropfen in reichlich Wasser oder Nierentee ca. eine Viertelstunde vor den Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Es ist wichtig, bei der Behandlung viel zu trinken (mind. 1,5 Liter Flüssigkeit pro Tag in Form von Mineralwasser, Tee), um eine ausreichende Durchspülung der Harnwege zu erreichen. Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Für Nephrosolid sind bisher bei bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch keine Nebenwirkungen beobachtet worden. Wenn sie dennoch Nebenwirkungen beobachten, informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Nephrosolid enthält einen herstellungsbedingten Alkoholgehalt von 62 Vol.-%. Nephrosolid soll bei Raumtemperatur (15 ? 25° C) und ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahrt werden. Nephrosolid darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden. Frischpflanzen-Tinkturen können gelegentlich eine Nachtrübung erfahren, welche jedoch die Wirkung nicht beeinträchtigt. Nicht aufgebrauchte oder verfallene Packungen sollen an Ihren Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Apothekerin oder Drogistin zur Entsorgung zurückgebracht werden. Weitere Auskünfte erteilt Ihnen Ihr Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogist bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
1 ml Nephrosolid enthält: 635 mg Tinktur aus Goldrutenkraut*, durchschnittliches Droge-Extraktionsmittel-Verhältnis 1:7, Auszugsmittel Ethanol 65% (V/V); 166 mg Tinktur aus Birkenblättern*, durchschnittliches Droge-Extraktionsmittel-Verhältnis 1:3.4, Auszugsmittel Ethanol 51% (V/V); 64 mg Tinktur aus Hauhechelkraut, durchschnittliches Droge-Extraktionsmittel-Verhältnis 1:8, Auszugsmittel Ethanol 65% (V/V); 55 mg Tinktur aus Zinnkraut, durchschnittliches Droge-Extraktionsmittel-Verhältnis 1:8, Auszugsmittel Ethanol 51% (V/V). *aus kontrolliert biologischem Eigenanbau
