Dialvit ist eine Kombination der wasserlöslichen Vitamine B1, B2, B6, C und Folsäure. Dialvit kompensiert den Verlust dieser Vitamine, die während der Hämodialyse verloren gehen. Dialvit darf nur auf Verschreibung des Arztes oder der Ärztin eingenommen werden.
Der Urin wird intensiv gelb gefärbt. Dies ist bedeutungslos.
Bei Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber einem der Inhaltsstoffe darf Dialvit nicht eingenommen werden.
Bei gleichzeitiger Einnahme von Phosphatbindern kann die Aufnahme der wasserlöslichen Vitamine ins Blut vermindert werden. Dialvit sollte deshalb im zeitlichen Abstand von mindestens 2 Stunden nach Gabe von Phosphatbindern eingenommen werden.
Dialvit kann die Wirkung von Levodopa-haltigen Präparaten (Mittel gegen Parkinson) vermindern.
Dialvit darf nicht in höheren Dosen als empfohlen eingenommen werden. Hohe Dosen von Vitamin C können bei ungenügender Nierenfunktion zu Nierensteinen führen. Hohe Dosen von Vitamin B6 können zu Nervenschädigungen führen.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen.
In der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit sollten Sie Dialvit nur nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem Arzt resp. Ihrer Ärztin einnehmen.
Sofern vom Arzt/von der Ärztin nicht anderes verordnet, beträgt die Dosis für Erwachsene 2 Kapseln nach jeder Dialyse.
Ändern Sie nicht von sich aus die verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Dialvit Kapseln auftreten:
In seltenen Fällen können allergische Hautreaktionen wie Juckreiz und Nesselausschlag auftreten. Gelegentlich Unwohlsein nach der Einnahme. Der Geruch des Schweisses kann sich gelegentlich verändern.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker resp. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin informieren.
Dialvit Kapseln sind bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C), vor Feuchtigkeit geschützt und ausser Reichweite von Kindern aufzubewahren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
