Erwachsene nehmen tagsüber zur Entspannung und Beruhigung 3 x 1 Dragée zwischen den Mahlzeiten mit etwas Flüssigkeit. Bei Einschlafbeschwerden 1 - 3 Dragées 1 Stunde vor dem Zubettgehen. Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt resp. der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Für Phytopharma Relax Entspannungs- und Schlafdragées sind bisher bei bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch keine Nebenwirkungen beobachtet worden.

Arzneimittel nicht in Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf der Verpackung mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden. Weitere Auskünfte erteilt Ihnen Ihr Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogist bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Ein Dragée enthält: 50 mg Trockenextrakt aus Passionsblumenkraut (5.0-5.7:1), Auszugsmittel Ethanol 60% (m/m). 50 mg Trockenextrakt aus Baldrianrhizom (5.5-6.8:1), Auszugsmittel Ethanol 70% (V/V). 50 mg Trockenextrakt aus Hopfenzapfen (6.6-8.4:1), Auszugsmittel Ethanol 96% (V/V). 30 mg Trockenextrakt aus Melissenblätter (4.5-5.6:1), Auszugsmittel Wasser. Farbstoff Indigotin (E 132). Das Präparat enthält zusätzlich Hilfsstoffe.
