Spagyrom®Lutschtabletten enthalten pflanzliche Extrakte des schmalblättrigen Sonnenhuts und des roten Sonnenhuts, welche die Selbstabwehr des Organismus stärken und 9 ätherische Öle aus Medizinalpflanzen. Diese ausgewählten ätherischen Öle verleihen den Tabletten den aromatischen Geschmack. Spagyrom®Lutschtabletten werden bei akuten Infektionen des Mund-Raumes, bei Halsschmerzen, bei Schluckbeschwerden und bei geröteten und entzündeten Schleimhäuten bei Erkältungen und Grippe verwendet.
Falls die Beschwerden nicht innerhalb einer angemessenen Zeit nachlassen, suchen Sie Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin auf. Spagyrom®Lutschtabletten sollten in keinem Fall länger als 6 Wochen eingenommen werden.
Bei Überempfindlichkeit gegen einen der Inhaltsstoffe dürfen Spagyrom Lutschtabletten nicht angewendet werden. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin wenn Sie
- an anderen Krankheiten leiden
- Allergien haben oder
- andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen.
Nicht anwenden bei fortschreitenden Systemerkrankungen wie Tuberkulose, Erkrankungen der weissen Blutzellen (Leukämie), Kollagenosen (generalisierte Autoimmunprozesse mit Bindegewebsveränderungen wie Lupus erythematodes), multipler Sklerose,
AIDS-Erkrankung, HIV-Infektion und Autoimmun-Erkrankungen (Antikörper- Bildung gegen körpereigenes Gewebe).
Bei bekannter Empfindlichkeit auf einen der Inhaltsstoffe (siehe ?Was ist in Spagyrom Lutschtabletten enthalten??) dürfen Spagyrom Lutschtabletten nicht angewendet werden, ebenfalls nicht bei bekannter Allergie gegen Korbblütler (wie Arnika, Ringelblume)!
Spagyrom Lutschtabletten sind nicht zur Behandlung von chronischen Halsschmerzen geeignet, diese müssen durch Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin behandelt werden. Bei Fieber und wenn die Beschwerden mehr als eine Woche dauern, konsultieren Sie Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin.
Aufgrund der bisherigen Erfahrungen ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, den Apotheker oder Drogist bzw. die
Ärztin die Apothekerin oder die Drogistin um Rat fragen.
Erwachsene: 1 Lutschtablette alle 2-3 Stunden langsam im Mund zergehen lassen. Maximal 8 Tabletten pro Tag. Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Spagyrom®Lutschtabletten auftreten: In seltenen Fällen können ätherische Öle Aufstossen oder Magenbrennen verursachen. Diese Beschwerden verschwinden bei Beendigung der Behandlung.
In seltenen Fällen wurden bei Echinacea-Zubereitungen Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen (wie Hautausschläge und sehr selten Asthma, Kreislaufreaktionen) beobachtet. In diesem Fall ist die Behandlung sofort zu unterbrechen und ein Arzt bzw. eine Ärztin aufzusuchen. Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Spagyrom®Lutschtabletten sollen bei Raumtemperatur (15-25° C) und ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahrt werden. Spagyrom®Lutschtabletten dürfen nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden. Nicht aufgebrauchte Packungen sollen an Ihren Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Apothekerin oder Drogistin zur Entsorgung zurückgebracht werden. Weitere Auskünfte erteilt Ihnen Ihr Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogist bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
