Bronchipret TP ist ein pflanzliches Arzneimittel. Es enthält hochdosierte Extrakte aus Primelwurzeln und Thymiankraut. Der Hauptwirkstoff im Thymianextrakt ist das ätherische Öl, das nicht nur schleimlösend, sondern auch stark entzündungshemmend, antibakteriell und antiviral wirkt. Primelextrakt wirkt schleimlösend und bronchialerweiternd.
Bronchipret TP wird angewendet zur Linderung von Husten bei akuter Bronchitis und Erkältung.
Bei Husten, der länger als 7 Tage anhält ist ein Arzt oder eine Ärztin zu konsultieren.
Hinweis für Diabetiker: Bronchipret TP enthält pro Filmtablette weniger als 0.1 g verwertbare Kohlenhydrate.
Bronchipret TP Filmtabletten dürfen nicht angewendet werden bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber Primel, Thymian oder anderen Lamiaceen (Lippenblütler), Birke, Beifuss, Sellerie oder einen der sonstigen Bestandteile des Arzneimittels.
Nicht anwenden bei Magengeschwür und Gastritis.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an andern Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen.
Während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit sollte Bronchipret TP nicht angewendet werden.
Soweit nicht anders verschrieben, nehmen Erwachsene und Jugendliche ab 12 Jahren 3 mal täglich 1 Filmtablette ein. Die Tabletten werden unzerkaut, gegebenenfalls mit etwas Flüssigkeit, vor den Mahlzeiten eingenommen.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Sehr selten können Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen wie z.B. Atemnot, Hautausschläge, Nesselsucht sowie Schwellungen in Gesicht, Mund und/oder Rachenraum auftreten. In sehr seltenen Fällen kann es auch zu Magendarmbeschwerden wie Krämpfen, Übelkeit, Erbrechen und Durchfall kommen.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die nicht in dieser Packungsbeilage aufgeführt sind.
Bei Auftreten von Nebenwirkungen sollte das Präparat zunächst abgesetzt und Rücksprache mit einem Arzt/einer Ärztin genommen werden. Dieser kann über den Schweregrad und gegebenenfalls erforderliche weitere Massnahmen entscheiden.
Bei den ersten Anzeichen einer Überempfindlichkeitsreaktion darf Bronchipret TP Filmtabletten nicht nochmals eingenommen werden.
Das Arzneimittel ist bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) und ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufzubewahren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
