Meclozin, einer der Wirkstoffe von Amavita Reisedragées, verstärkt die depressive Wirkung von Barbituraten, Beruhigungsmitteln und Alkohol.
Pyridoxin (Vitamin B6) vermindert die Wirkung von Levodopa (Wirkstoff gewisser Arzneimittel gegen Parkinsonkrankheit).
Automobilisten und Maschinenarbeiter sollten berücksichtigen, dass das Präparat gelegentlich eine leichte Müdigkeit hervorrufen kann und daher die Reaktionsfähigkeit, die Fähigkeit Werkzeuge oder Maschinen zu bedienen und die Fahrtüchtigkeit beeinträchtigen kann.

Kinder 6?12 Jahre: 1 Dragée.
Nur auf ärztliche Verschreibung:
Abends und wenn nötig morgens: 1?2 Dragées. 4 Dragées pro 24 Stunden nicht überschreiten.

Müdigkeitserscheinungen sind nicht auszuschliessen, werden jedoch meist durch das Koffein kompensiert.
Auch Mundtrockenheit, Tachykardie, Magenbeschwerden und selten unklare Sicht können auftreten.
Sehr selten: Urtikaria.

Amavita Reisedragées sind bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C), trocken und ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufzubewahren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden. Verfallene Arzneimittel sollten in die Apotheke zurückgebracht werden.

1 Dragée enthält als Wirkstoffe 20 mg Meklozindihydrochlorid, 30 mg Pyridoxinhydrochlorid (Vitamin B6) und 20 mg Koffein.
