Sinupret Tropfen enthalten Enzianwurzel, Schlüsselblumenblüten, Sauerampferkraut, Holunderblüten und Eisenkraut.
Sinupret wirkt schleimlösend (sekretolytisch) und entzündungshemmend (antiphlogistisch). Dadurch löst Sinupret zähen Schleim, lässt verstopfte Nasen abschwellen und gestaute Sekrete leichter abfliessen.
Sinupret Tropfen werden angewendet bei akuten und chronischen Entzündungen der Nasennebenhöhlen und der Atemwege, ggf. als Zusatztherapie zu anderen Therapien.
Sollten die Beschwerden länger als 7 Tage andauern oder mit Fieber (über 38 °C) verbunden sein, ist ein Arzt bzw. eine Ärztin zu konsultieren.
Hinweis für Diabetiker: eine Einzeldosis (50 Tropfen) enthält weniger als 0,03 BE.
Nicht anwenden bei Kleinkindern ohne Anraten eines Arztes bzw. einer Ärztin.
Nicht anwenden bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit auf einen der Inhaltsstoffe.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen.
Aufgrund der bisherigen Erfahrung ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt.
Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. die Ärztin oder Apothekerin um Rat fragen.
Erwachsene: 3 mal täglich 50 Tropfen.
Schulkinder: 3 mal täglich 25 Tropfen.
Kinder ab 2 Jahren: 3 mal täglich 15 Tropfen nach Anraten des Arztes bzw. der Ärztin.
Sinupret Tropfen werden in der Regel unverdünnt eingenommen.
Bei Kindern können Sinupret Tropfen auch in Saft oder Tee verabreicht werden.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Sinupret Tropfen auftreten: In seltenen Fällen sind Magenunverträglichkeiten bekannt geworden. In Einzelfällen sind Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen (Hautrötung, -ausschläge mit Bläschen, Atemnot) beschrieben worden. In letzteren Fällen ist von der weiteren Einnahme abzusehen und unverzüglich ein Arzt bzw. eine Ärztin zu konsultieren.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin informieren.
Das Präparat ist auch alkoholfrei erhältlich als Dragées.
Flasche zur Entnahme senkrecht halten. Eine leichte Trübung oder Ausflockung kann bei der Lagerung auftreten, sie beeinträchtigt die Wirkung des Präparates nicht.
Das Arzneimittel ist bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) und ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufzubewahren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.

1 g (1,020 ml) Sinupret Tropfen enthält 290 mg eines alkoholisch-wässrigen Auszugs (Drogenmischung-Extrakt-Verhältnis 1:11, Auszugsmittel Alkohol 59 Vol.%) aus Enzianwurzel 2 mg, Schlüsselblumenblüten 6 mg, Sauerampferkraut 6 mg, Holunderblüten 6 mg, Eisenkraut 6 mg.
Sinupret Tropfen enthalten 19 Vol.-% Alkohol (1 ml entspricht ca. 16 Tropfen).
