Darmol Abführtee instant basiert auf einer Mischung aus bewährten Heilkräutern mit abführender Wirkung und standardisiertem Sennosidgehalt. Darmol Abführtee instant wird kurzfristig angewendet bei gelegentlicher Verstopfung (z.B. bei Kostumstellung, Ortswechsel, Bettruhe).
Wenn Sie an Verstopfung leiden, sollten Sie wenn möglich ballaststoffreiche Nahrung (Gemüse, Früchte, Vollkornbrot) sowie viel und regelmässig Flüssigkeit einnehmen und auf körperliche Betätigung (Sport) achten.
Nicht anwenden bei allen Erkrankungen des Magen/Darm-Traktes (z.B. Darmverschluss, entzündliche Darmerkrankungen, Bauchschmerzen unbekannter Ursache), schweren Störungen des Wasser- und Mineralhaushaltes sowie bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit auf die Inhaltsstoffe (siehe Zusammensetzung). Abführtees sind für Kinder unter 12 Jahren nicht geeignet.
Das Präparat darf nur gelegentlich und nicht länger als 1-2 Wochen eingenommen werden. Langzeitbehandlungen gehören unter ärztliche Kontrolle. Bei chronischem Gebrauch/Missbrauch oder Anwendung höherer als der empfohlenen Dosen können Durchfälle mit Wasserverlust und Störungen des Salzhaushaltes (insbesondere Kaliumverlust) auftreten. Deshalb ist besondere Vorsicht geboten bei Patienten die gleichzeitig bestimmte wassertreibende Arzneimittel (Diuretika), Arzneimittel mit Süssholzwurzel, Kortikosteroide, gewisse Antihistaminika (wie Terfenadin), Arzneimittel bei Herzmuskelschwäche (Herzglycoside wie Digoxin) sowie bestimmte Arzneimittel bei Herzrhythmusstörungen (Antiarrhythmika) einnehmen.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin wenn Sie
- an anderen Krankheiten leiden
- Allergien haben oder
- andere Arzneimittel (auch selbst gekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden.
In der Schwangerschaft und während der Stillzeit darf Darmol Abführtee nur nach Rücksprache mit dem Arzt bzw. der Ärztin eingenommen werden.
Sofern vom Arzt nicht anders verordnet:
Erwachsene: 1/2-1 gestrichener Messlöffel (2,5-5 ml) Pulver in einer Tasse mit kaltem, lauwarmem oder heissem Wasser übergiessen und trinken.
Jugendliche ab 12 Jahren: ½ gestrichener Messlöffel (2,5 ml) in einer Tasse, zubereiten wie oben.
Die Wirkung tritt nach 8-10 Stunden ein.
Einnahme vorzugsweise abends, vor dem Schlafengehen.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten, bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme oder Anwendung von Darmol Abführtee instant auftreten: In selten Fällen kann es zu krampfartigen Magen- und Darmbeschwerden sowie zu Blähungen kommen.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
