Dicynone 500 Kapsel ist ein blutstillendes Mittel zur Verkürzung der Blutungsdauer und Verminderung des Blutverlustes.
Dicynone 500 Kapsel wird auf Verordnung Ihres Arztes angewendet, um Kapillarblutungen (Blutung der feinen Blutgefässe) vorzubeugen und diese zu behandeln, unabhängig von Ursache und Ort der Blutung.
Dicynone 500 Kapsel wird auch Patientinnen verschrieben, die unter zu starken oder zu langen Regelblutungen leiden, unabhängig davon, ob diese durch eine Spirale verursacht werden oder nicht.
Vor Beginn der Behandlung von zu starken und/oder zu langen Regelblutungen wird Sie Ihr Arzt gründlich gynäkologisch untersuchen. Sie sollten seinen Anweisungen unbedingt folgen.
Wenn Sie an einer seltenen Blutkrankheit (Porphyrie) leiden, dürfen Sie Dicynone 500 Kapsel nicht einnehmen. Ihr Arzt weiss, was in diesem Fall zu tun ist.
Die Kapseln enthalten 500 mg Wirkstoff und sind nicht zur Behandlung von Kindern geeignet.
Bei Überempfindlichkeit (Allergie) gegen einen der Hilfsstoffe.
Nur Ihr Arzt kann entscheiden, ob Sie Dicynone 500 Kapsel einnehmen dürfen, wenn Sie an einer Nieren- oder Leberfunktionsstörung leiden.
Wenn Ihnen Dicynone 500 Kapsel zur Behandlung von zu starken und/oder zu langen Regelblutungen verschrieben wurde und nach der Behandlung keine Verbesserung eintritt, sollten Sie unverzüglich Ihren Arzt benachrichtigen, damit dieser organische Ursachen ausschliessen kann.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker, wenn
Dicynone 500 hat keinen Einfluss auf die Verkehrstüchtigkeit und die Fähigkeit zum Bedienen von Maschinen.
Wenn Sie schwanger sind oder es werden möchten oder wenn Sie stillen, sollten Sie grundsätzlich vorsichtshalber darauf verzichten, Medikamente einzunehmen.
Nur Ihr Arzt kann entscheiden, ob Sie Dicynone 500 Kapsel während der Schwangerschaft einnehmen dürfen. Da bis heute nicht bekannt ist, ob Dicynone 500 Kapsel in die Muttermilch übergeht, sollte es, als Vorsichtsmassnahme, nicht von stillenden Müttern angewendet werden.
Nur zur Anwendung bei Erwachsenen und Jugendlichen.
Im Allgemeinen ist 1 Kapsel 2- bis 3-mal täglich zu den Mahlzeiten mit etwas Wasser einzunehmen. Ihr Arzt entscheidet je nach Schweregrad und Verlauf Ihrer Krankheit über die Dosierung und die Länge der Behandlung.
Bei zu starken Regelblutungen ist 1 Kapsel 3-mal täglich zu den Mahlzeiten mit etwas Wasser einzunehmen. Die Behandlung beginnt 5 Tage vor der erwarteten Regelblutung und dauert 10 Tage (siehe auch «Was sollten Sie vor der Einnahme beachten?»).
Dicynone 500 (Tablette oder Kapsel) ist nicht zur Behandlung von Kindern geeignet.
Ändern Sie nicht von sich aus die verschriebene Dosierung. Wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker, wenn Sie glauben, dass das Arzneimittel zu schwach oder zu stark wirkt.
Die Einnahme oder Anwendung von Dicynone 500 Kapsel kann folgende Nebenwirkungen verursachen:
Häufig: Magenschmerzen, Durchfall, Übelkeit, Kopfschmerzen Hautausschläge, Müdigkeit.
Selten: Gelenkschmerzen.
Sehr selten: Fieber, allergische Reaktionen.
Die schwerwiegendsten Nebenwirkungen sind:
Sehr selten: Blutgerinnungsstörungen mit Bildung eines Gerinnsels in den Gefässen, starke Abnahme der Anzahl weisser Blutkörperchen, wodurch die Wahrscheinlichkeit für Infektionen steigt, Abnahme der Blutplättchen, wodurch das Risiko für Blutungen oder Blutergüsse steigt.
In der Mehrzahl der Fälle verschwinden diese Nebenwirkungen, wenn die Behandlung abgesetzt wird.
Falls diese Nebenwirkungen anhalten oder Sie andere Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die nicht in dieser Packungsbeilage angegeben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker darüber informieren.
Beim Auftreten von Hautreaktionen oder Fieber muss die Behandlung unterbrochen und Ihr Arzt informiert werden, da es sich dabei um eine allergische Reaktion handeln kann.
Bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) an einem trockenen Ort und für Kinder unzugänglich aufzubewahren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nach dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum nicht mehr verwendet werden.
