+-Was ist Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe und wann wird es angewendet?

Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe ist ein schmerzstillendes und entzündungshemmendes Präparat zur äusserlichen Anwendung. Sie enthält das schmerzlindernde und entzündungshemmende 2-Hydroxyethylsalicylat. Heparin fördert den Rückgang von Blutergüssen und Schwellungen. Kampfer wirkt leicht hyperämisierend (fördert die Gewebedurchblutung).

Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe wird angewendet:

Zur lokalen Behandlung von Schmerzen, Entzündungen und Schwellungen wie z.B. nach Verstauchungen, Prellungen und Zerrungen.

Als unterstützende Massnahme zur lokalen Behandlung von rheumatischen Beschwerden des Bewegungsapparates.

+-Wann darf Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe nicht angewendet werden?

Bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit gegen einen der Inhaltsstoffe oder anderen schmerz- und entzündungshemmende Substanzen.

Nicht anwenden bei Kindern unter 2 Jahren.

Nicht anwenden bei bekannter Heparin-induzierter/assoziierter Thrombozytopenie (HIT, durch Heparin ausgelöster Mangel an Blutplättchen).

Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe darf nicht auf die Schleimhaut und nicht auf offene Wunden oder geschädigter Haut angewendet werden. Augen, Nasen- und Mundregion sind von der Behandlung mit Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe auszunehmen.

+-Wann ist bei der Anwendung von Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe Vorsicht geboten?

Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe soll nicht über längere Zeit grossflächig angewendet werden, ausser auf ärztliche Verschreibung.

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie schon ähnliche Produkte (Rheumasalben) verwendet haben und diese zu allergischen Reaktionen führten, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden!

+-Darf Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe während einer Schwangerschaft oder in der Stillzeit angewendet werden?

Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe darf während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit nicht angewendet werden, ausser auf ausdrückliche ärztliche Verschreibung.

Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. die Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin um Rat fragen.

+-Wie verwenden Sie Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe?

Erwachsene

Soweit nicht anders verschrieben, mehrmals täglich eine ausreichende Menge (5?10 cm langen Salbenstrang) über die Schmerzzone hinaus auftragen und leicht einmassieren.

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt/Ärztin wenn sich die Beschwerden verschlimmern oder nach 2 Wochen nicht gebessert haben.

Kinder

Die Anwendung und Sicherheit von Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe bei Kindern ist bisher nicht geprüft worden.

Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung.

Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.

+-Welche Nebenwirkungen kann Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe haben?

Gelegentlich können Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen wie z.B. Hautrötungen, Hautausschlag auftreten. In Einzelfällen Kontaktallergie.

Bei stärkeren Hautreaktionen sollten Sie Dolo-Arthrosenex nicht mehr anwenden und Ihren Arzt/Ihre Ärztin informieren.

Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.

Dolo-Arthrosenex Salbe bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) und für Kinder unerreichbar aufbewahren.
