Kamillosan Mund- und Rachenspray enthält wirksame Kamillenbestandteile (ätherisches ÖI) in standardisierter Menge. Die Kamille zeichnet sich durch entzündungshemmende, schmerzlindernde, juckreizmildernde, adstringierende, leicht desinfizierende Eigenschaften mit beruhigender, geruchsbeseitigender, kühlender und antibakterieller Wirkung aus.
Kamillosan Mund- und Rachenspray dient der Behandlung und Vorbeugung (Prophylaxe) von entzündlichen Erkrankungen im Mund- und Rachenraum. Er kann bei Parodontose, akuten Zahnfleischentzündungen, Beschwerden nach Zahnextraktion und bei Zahnwechsel und Schleimhautreizung durch Zahnprothesen angewendet werden sowie zur Mund- und Rachendesinfektion bei Rachenkatarrh und Entzündungen der Stimmbänder.
Bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit auf einen der Inhaltsstoffe darf Kamillosan Mund- und Rachenspray nicht angewendet werden (siehe «Was ist in Kamillosan Mund- und Rachenspray enthalten?»). Ebenso ist bei Entzündungen im Mund- und Rachenraum als Folge einer Strahlentherapie eine Behandlung untersagt.
Nicht anwenden bei Kleinkindern!
Bei bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch sind keine besonderen Vorsichtsmassnahmen zu befolgen.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden!
Auf Grund der bisherigen Erfahrung ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. die Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin um Rat fragen.
Eine Dosis = 2 Spray-Hübe.
3mal täglich 2 Spray-Hübe in den Mund- bzw. Rachenraum sprühen. Es empfiehlt sich, die Sprühbehandlung jeweils nach den Mahlzeiten durchzuführen.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Bei Auftreten von allergischen Reaktionen auf einen der Inhaltsstoffe (Rötung, Schwellung der Schleimhäute) ist auf die weitere Anwendung zu verzichten.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Kamillosan Mund- und Rachenspray darf nicht in die Nase gesprüht werden.
Bewahren Sie Kamillosan Mund- und Rachenspray an einem für Kinder unzugänglichen Ort auf. Bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) lagern. Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf der Packung mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
Weitere Auskünfte erteilt Ihnen Ihr Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogist bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
1 ml Lösung (entspricht ungefähr 7 Spray-Hüben) enthält: 366,5 mg Fluidextrakt aus Kamillenblüten und Kamillenflügelblättern (DEV 1:4,0?4,5); Auszugsmittel Ethanol 45,8% (V/V); Kamillenöl 0,7 mg, Pfefferminzöl 18,5 mg. Dieses Präparat enthält zusätzlich Hilfsstoffe sowie Propylenglycol, Natriumlaurylsulfat, Saccharin, Vanillin und Aromastoffe.
Alkoholgehalt ca. 25 Vol.%.
