+-Was sollte dazu beachtet werden?

LAPIGAL Filmtabletten sollen bei allen schweren Erkrankungen des Verdauungstraktes, z.B. bei Gallenkrankheiten, nur angewendet werden wenn der Arzt bzw. die Ärztin es gestattet.

+-Wann dürfen LAPIGAL Filmtabletten nicht oder nur mit Vorsicht angewendet werden?

LAPIGAL Filmtabletten dürfen nicht angewendet werden bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit auf einen der Inhaltsstoffe (siehe Zusammensetzung). Bis heute sind keine Anwendungseinschränkungen bekannt. Bei bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch sind keine besonderen Vorsichtsmassnahmen notwendig.

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie:

  • an andern Krankheiten leiden
  • Allergien haben oder
  • andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden.
+-Dürfen LAPIGAL Filmtabletten während einer Schwangerschaft oder in der Stillzeit eingenommen werden?

Auf Grund der bisherigen Erfahrung ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie

durchgeführt.

Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, den Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. die Ärztin, die Apothekerin oder Drogistin um Rat fragen.

+-Wie verwenden Sie LAPIGAL Filmtabletten?

LAPIGAL Filmtabletten sind nur für Erwachsene bestimmt.

Die empfohlene Dosis lautet: Bei Bedarf bis 3 x täglich 1 bis 2 Tabletten, nach dem Essen, mit Flüssigkeit (z.B. 1 Glas Wasser) ganz schlucken.

Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.

+-Welche Nebenwirkungen können LAPIGAL Filmtabletten haben?

Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme oder Anwendung von LAPIGAL Filmtabletten auftreten:

  • Allergien (Hautjucken, Hautausschläge).

In diesem Falle ist die Behandlung abzubrechen und ein Arzt, bzw. eine Ärztin zu konsultieren.

Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.

+-Was ist ferner zu beachten?

Verdauungsbeschwerden bei Kindern unter 12 Jahren müssen ärztlich abgeklärt werden. Deshalb soll das Präparat in diesen Fällen ohne ärztlichen Rat nicht angewendet werden.

Arzneimittel vor Kinderhand schützen! Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf der Verpackung mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden. Arzneimittel immer in der Originalverpackung und bei Raumtemperatur (15-25°C) aufbewahren. Vor Feuchtigkeit schützen!

1 Filmtablette enthält: 22,5 mg Trockenextrakt aus Berberitzerinden (DEV: 8:1). Auszugsmittel Ethanol 60% (V/V). Diese native Extraktmenge entspricht der früheren nicht- nativen Menge von 30 mg. 9 mg Trockenextrakt aus javanischer Kurkumawurzel (DEV: 50-83:1). Auszugsmittel Ethanol 96% (V/V). Diese native Extraktmenge entspricht der früheren nicht-nativen Menge von 30 mg. 30 mg Trockenextrakt aus Schafgarben (DEV: 5,5-6,5:1). Auszugsmittel Wasser. 11,1 mg Trockenextrakt aus Kardobenedikterkraut (DEV: 7,1-9,1:1). Auszugsmittel Ethanol 30% (V/V). Diese native Extraktmenge entspricht der früheren nicht-nativen Menge von 18 mg. 37 mg Trockenextrakt aus Löwenzahn (DEV: 4,5:1). Auszugsmittel Wasser.
