Parapic ist eine rasch schmerz- und juckreizstillende Flüssigkeit, die nach Insektenstichen direkt auf die betroffene Hautstelle appliziert wird.
Parapic wirkt leicht desinfizierend, entzündungshemmend, abschwellend und kühlend.
Personen, die allergisch auf Stiche bestimmter Insekten reagieren (Bienen, Wespen etc.), müssen unbedingt zusätzlich die vom Arzt bzw. der Ärztin vorgeschriebenen therapeutischen Massnahmen befolgen.
Bei einer bekannten Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber einem der Inhaltsstoffe (z.B. Mepyraminmaleat) darf Parapic nicht angewendet werden.
Bei Kindern unter 2 Jahren darf das Präparat nur nach ärztlicher Verordnung angewendet werden.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden.
Auf Grund der bisherigen Erfahrungen ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, den Apotheker oder den Drogisten bzw. die Ärztin, die Apothekerin oder die Drogistin um Rat fragen.
Betupfen bzw. besprühen Sie mit Parapic die gestochene Stelle nach Bedarf mehrmals am Tag.
Bei Kindern unter 2 Jahren Anwendung nur nach ärztlicher Verordnung.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Anwendung von Parapic auftreten: Die Inhaltsstoffe des Präparates (z.B. Mepyraminmaleat) können gelegentlich zu Hautreizungen oder allergischen Reaktionen führen.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Parapic soll bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) und ausser Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahrt werden. Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
