Phytopharma Venen Dragées enthält Rosskastanienextrakt. Es wird angewandt zur unterstützenden Behandlung bei venösen Durchblutungsstörungen mit Symptomen wie Kribbeln und Einschlafen der Glieder, müde und schmerzende Beine und Krampfadern.
Wenn Sie unter Durchblutungsstörungen leiden, sollten Sie für ausreichende Bewegung sorgen (Schwimmen, Wandern), die Beine nachts etwas hoch lagern, langes Stehen vermeiden oder die Beine zumindest bandagieren.
Phytopharma Venen Dragées darf nicht angewandt werden bei Magen-/Darmgeschwüren sowie bei Überempfindlichkeit auf einen der Inhaltsstoffe (siehe Zusammensetzung).

Aufgrund der bisherigen Erfahrungen ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten resp. die Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin um Rat fragen.
Falls vom Arzt nicht anders verordnet, nehmen Erwachsene 3mal täglich 1 Dragée mit etwas Flüssigkeit.

Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Phytopharma Venen Dragées in seltenen Fällen auftreten: Reizung der Magenschleimhaut oder leichte Magenbeschwerden. Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Bei Raumtemperatur (15-25 °C) lagern.
Arzneimittel nicht in Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.

Ein Dragée enthält 200 mg Rosskastanientrockenextrakt (entsprechend 40 mg Triterpensaponinen, berechnet als Aescin (Droge-Extrakt-Verhältnis 5-6,5:1), Auszugsmittel Ethanol 50 m/m %). Dieses Präparat enthält zusätzliche Hilfsstoffe.
