Sabrimed® bei Blasenbeschwerden enthält eine Mischung verschiedener Heilpflanzen-Trockenextrakte (Birkenblätter, Bärentraubenblätter, Schachtelhalmkraut, Hauhechelwurzel). Den enthaltenen Pflanzen werden traditionsgemäss harntreibende und desinfizierende Eigenschaften zugeschrieben. Sabrimed® bei Blasenbeschwerden wird verwendet bei Beschwerden im Bereich der Blase und Harnröhre (Harndrang, Beschwerden beim Wasserlösen).
Es ist wichtig bei der Behandlung viel zu trinken (mindestens 1,5 Liter Flüssigkeit pro Tag in Form von Mineralwasser, Tee), um eine ausreichende Durchspülung der Harnwege zu erreichen.
Sabrimed® bei Blasenbeschwerden sollte nicht angewendet werden, falls Neigung zu Allergien auf bestimmte, in der Zusammensetzung des Produktes befindliche Pflanzen, bestehen sollte (siehe Zusammensetzung).
Präparate mit Bärentraubenblätterextrakten sollten kurzzeitig, d.h. nicht länger als 1-2 Wochen und nicht für den Dauergebrauch angewendet werden. Bei wiederkehrenden oder mehrere Tage andauernden Beschwerden, sowie bei Fieber, ist ein Arzt bzw. eine Ärztin zu konsultieren. Infektionen der Harnwege können ernsthafte Folgen haben. Wenn Sie bereits an einer chronischen Nieren-oder Harnwegsinfektion leiden oder geschwollene Beine (Ödeme) haben, sollten Sie Sabrimed® bei Blasenbeschwerden nur mit dem ausdrücklichen Einverständnis des Arztes bzw. der Ärztin einnehmen.

Aufgrund der bisherigen Erfahrung ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, den Apotheker oder den Drogisten bzw. die Ärztin, die Apothekerin oder die Drogistin um Rat fragen.
Sabrimed® bei Blasenbeschwerden ist nur für Erwachsene bestimmt. Für Kinder nur nach Anweisung des Arztes. Die empfohlene Dosis lautet: Bis 3-mal täglich, 2-4 Tabletten vor dem Essen mit reichlich Flüssigkeit einnehmen, nicht zerkauen. Halten Sie sich an die im Prospekt angegebene oder vom Arzt verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben das Medikament wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten.

Das Medikament darf nur bis zu dem auf der Verpackung mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden. Arzneimittel vor Kinderhand schützen. Medikamente immer in der Originalpackung bei Raumtemperatur (15-25 °C) aufbewahren und vor Nässe und Feuchtigkeit schützen. Weitere Auskünfte erteilen Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogist bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
1 Tablette Sabrimed® bei Blasenbeschwerden enthält:
Birkenblättertrockenextrakt (Drogen-Extrakt-Verhältnis 4-8:1; Auszugsmittel Wasser) 40mg, entsprechend 0.8 mg Gesamtflavonoide; Bärentraubenblättertrockenextrakt (Drogen-Extrakt-Verhältnis 2,8-4,2:1; Auszugsmittel Wasser) 80 mg, entsprechend 8 mg Arbutin; Schachtelhalmtrockenextrakt (Drogen-Extrakt-Verhältnis 4-7:1: Auszugsmittel Wasser) 40mg; Hauhechelwurzel-Trockenextrakt (Drogen-Extrakt-Verhältnis 4-9:1; Auszugsmittel Ethanol 30% V/V) 40mg, Aromen und andere Hilfsstoffe.
