Valverde Beruhigung enthält einen Trockenextrakt aus Passionsblumenkraut. Der bewährten Heilpflanze wird traditionsgemäss eine beruhigende Wirkung zugeschrieben. Durch die Standardisierung dieses pflanzlichen Arzneimittels wird eine gleich bleibende Qualität erzielt.
Valverde Beruhigung wird angewendet bei Spannungszuständen, innerer Unruhe, Reizbarkeit und Nervosität.
Falls Ihre Beschwerden länger als 2 Wochen anhalten oder sich verschlimmern, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin konsultieren.
Valverde Beruhigung darf nicht eingenommen werden bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber einem der Inhaltsstoffe (siehe «Was ist in Valverde Beruhigung enthalten?»).
Dieses Arzneimittel ist wegen des Gehaltes an Saccharose (Zucker) ungeeignet für Patienten mit der selten vorkommenden, ererbten Fructose-Unverträglichkeit (hereditäre Fructose-Intoleranz), einer Glucose-Galactose-Malabsorption (Störung der Resorption von Glucose und Galactose) oder einem Saccharase-Isomaltase-Mangel.
Dieses Arzneimittel kann die Reaktionsfähigkeit, die Fahrtüchtigkeit und die Fähigkeit, Werkzeuge oder Maschinen zu bedienen, beeinträchtigen, insbesondere, wenn zusätzlich Alkohol getrunken wird.
Zur Anwendung dieses Arzneimittels bei Kindern liegen keine ausreichenden Erfahrungen vor. Es soll deshalb bei Kindern unter 12 Jahren nicht angewendet werden.

Auf Grund der bisherigen Erfahrungen ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, den Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. die Ärztin, die Apothekerin oder Drogistin um Rat fragen.
Erwachsene und Jugendliche ab 12 Jahren: 2 bis 3-mal täglich 1 Dragée unzerkaut mit ausreichend Flüssigkeit (vorzugsweise 1 Glas Wasser).
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
In seltenen Fällen kann eine Hypersensibilisierung, in Einzelfällen können allergischen Hauterscheinungen auftreten.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Arzneimittel sollen für Kinder unerreichbar aufbewahrt werden. Das Präparat ist bei Raumtemperatur (15-25 °C) aufzubewahren. Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.

Dieses Präparat enthält zusätzlich die Farbstoffe Titandioxid (E 171), Eisenoxide (E 172), Zucker (Saccharose) sowie weitere Hilfsstoffe.
