Seien Sie sehr vorsichtig beim Lenken eines Fahrzeugs oder beim Bedienen einer Maschine, da Ihre Reaktionsfähigkeit, vor allem am Anfang der Behandlung im Zusammenhang mit Schwindelanfällen und Druckabfall, beeinträchtigt sein kann.
Alfuzosin soll bei Patienten mit schwerer Niereninsuffizienz nur mit Vorsicht angewendet werden.

Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Alfuzosine Uno Zentiva auftreten: Bewusstlosigkeit/Benommenheit, Kopfschmerzen, Übelkeit, Bauchschmerz, Schwäche, Schwindelgefühl, Mundtrockenheit, Unwohlsein.
Informieren Sie unverzüglich Ihren Arzt über jede weitere ungewöhnliche Wirkung während der Behandlung, wie z.B. Schläfrigkeit, Sehstörungen, Druckabfall beim Aufstehen, Ohnmachtsanfall, Herzklopfen, Herzrasen, Schnupfen, Durchfall, Juckreiz, Auftreten von Pusteln, Hautausschlag, Rötung, Schmerzen in der Brust, Anschwellungen der Arme oder der Beine, sehr selten Nesselsucht, Schwellungen im Bereich des Gesichts (Angioödem), Herzrhythmusstörungen, Durchblutungsstörungen im Gehirn (bei Patienten mit vorbestehender Verkalkung der Arterien des Gehirns) oder schmerzhafte Dauererektion (ohne Erregung). In sehr seltenen Fällen wurde eine schwere Arzneimittelkomplikation mit der Bezeichnung «Syndrom der verbrühten Haut» beobachtet.
