Auch wenn Amisulprid Actavis wie empfohlen eingenommen wird, kann dieses Arzneimittel Schläfrigkeit verursachen; die Fahrtüchtigkeit und die Fähigkeit, Werkzeuge oder Maschinen zu bedienen, kann folglich beeinträchtigt sein!
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbst gekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden.
Informieren Sie bitte Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin, wenn Sie schwanger sind oder glauben, möglicherweise schwanger zu sein.
Bei der Anwendung von Amisulprid Actavis im letzten Schwangerschaftsdrittel kann es beim Neugeborenen zu unerwünschten Wirkungen wie Zittern, Muskelsteifheit, Schwäche, Schläfrigkeit, Unruhe, Atembeschwerden oder Schwierigkeiten beim Stillen kommen.
Informieren Sie im Falle einer Schwangerschaft umgehend Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin, um die weitere Behandlung zu besprechen. Sie dürfen in keinem Fall die Behandlung eigenmächtig abbrechen. Ein plötzliches Absetzen des Medikaments kann schwerwiegende Konsequenzen haben.
Informieren Sie bitte auch sofort Ihren Gynäkologen und Ihre Hebamme über die Medikamenteneinnahme während der Schwangerschaft, insbesondere wenn Ihr Kind nach der Geburt die vorstehend beschriebenen Symptome aufweist.
Während der Behandlung mit Amisulprid Actavis dürfen Sie nicht stillen.
Ihr Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin bestimmt die Dosis, die Sie genau benötigen. Nehmen Sie auf keinen Fall eine höhere Dosis ein.
Schlucken Sie die Tabletten mit genügend Wasser ganz hinunter ohne sie zu zerbeissen. Es ist bedeutungslos, ob Sie das Arzneimittel mit oder zwischen den Mahlzeiten einnehmen.
Falls Sie vergessen haben, eine Tablette einzunehmen, so holen Sie dies nicht nach, sondern nehmen Sie die nächste Tablette zum vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin vorgesehenen Zeitpunkt.
Ändern Sie nicht von sich aus die verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme oder Anwendung von Amisulprid Actavis auftreten:
Am häufigsten sind Schlaflosigkeit, Angetriebenheit, Angst, Sexualstörungen, Schläfrigkeit, Hypotension, Verstopfung, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Mundtrockenheit und Gewichtszunahme.
Amisulprid Actavis kann hormonale Veränderungen hervorrufen, die sich nach Therapieabbruch wieder normalisieren: Brustschmerzen, Milchausfluss, Störungen oder Ausfall der Monatsblutung, Zunahme des Brustumfanges, Erektionsstörungen.
In gewissen Fällen können Muskelsteifheit, Zittern, Bewegungsstörungen oder Verspannungszustände sowie vermehrter Speichelfluss auftreten. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin, er wird die Dosis reduzieren oder ein zusätzliches Arzneimittel verschreiben.
Gelegentlich wurden ebenfalls beobachtet: Allergische Reaktionen, Hyperglykämie, unwillkürliche Bewegungen der Zunge oder des Gesichts, Krämpfe und ein abnormal langsamer Herzschlag.
In einzelnen Fällen kann Amisulprid Actavis zu Fieber, Muskelsteifheit und einer Reduzierung des Bewusstseinsniveaus führen (Zeichen eines möglichen malignen neuroleptischen Syndroms). Falls dies auftreten sollte, unterbrechen Sie unverzüglich die Behandlung und benachrichtigen Sie sogleich Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin.
In einzelnen Fällen kann das Medikament eine Verringerung der Anzahl an weissen Blutkörperchen bewirken. Im Falle von Fieber und/oder einer unerklärlichen Infektion wenden Sie sich bitte umgehend an einen Arzt.
Einzelfälle von Herzrhythmusstörungen sowie Einzelfälle von venöser Thromboembolie (Lungenembolie und tiefe Venenthrombose) wurden ebenfalls beobachtet.
Bei der Einnahme von Amisulprid Actavis im letzten Schwangerschaftsdrittel wurden die folgenden Symptome beim Neugeborenen beobachtet, wobei die Häufigkeit des Auftretens nicht bekannt ist: Zittern, Muskelsteifheit, Schwäche, Schläfrigkeit, Unruhe, Atembeschwerden oder Schwierigkeiten beim Stillen.
Bitte lesen Sie aufmerksam den Punkt «Wann ist bei der Einnahme von Amisulprid Actavis Vorsicht geboten?».
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin informieren.
Vermeiden Sie die Einnahme von Alkohol während der Behandlung.

Bewahren Sie das Arzneimittel bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) und ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP:» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
