Arkocaps Mariendistel Kapseln enthalten Extrakt und Pflanzenpulver von Mariendistel Früchten mit einem bestimmten Gehalt an Silymarin. Mariendistel Früchte werden traditionsgemäss bei Dyspeptischen- d.h. Verdauungsbeschwerden mit Symptomen wie Blähungen, Flatulenz und Völlegefühl nach dem Essen verwendet.
Bei Verdauungsstörungen bei Kindern unter 12 Jahren, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin. In diesen Fällen sollte dieses Präparat nicht ohne ärztlichen Rat angewendet werden.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden (bei Externa).
Auf Grund der bisherigen Erfahrung ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Bei Erwachsenen beträgt die Dosis 2 Kapseln täglich, d.h. je 1 Kapsel nach den zwei Hauptmahlzeiten, mit einem Glas Wasser.

Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Arkocaps Mariendistel auftreten: in seltenen Fällen, eine leicht abführende Wirkung.

Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
Den Behälter in der Originalpackung aufbewahren um den Inhalt vor Licht und Feuchtigkeit zu schützen und bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) lagern.
