Bisolvon Ambroxol retard fördert den Abtransport von zähem Sekret aus den Atemwegen. Das Abhusten von Schleim gelingt müheloser und die Atmung wird erleichtert. Bisolvon Ambroxol retard dient zur unterstützenden Behandlung von gestörter Sekretbildung bei akuten Erkrankungen der Atemwege oder kurzdauernden Verschlimmerungen von chronischen Erkrankungen der Atemwege.
Um die schleimlösende Wirkung von Bisolvon Ambroxol retard zu unterstützen, sollten Sie auf eine ausreichende Flüssigkeitszufuhr achten. Wenn Sie rauchen, können Sie die therapeutische Wirkung von Bisolvon Ambroxol retard fördern, indem Sie auf das Rauchen verzichten.
Bei Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber einem der Inhaltsstoffe.
Bisolvon Ambroxol retard ist aufgrund der Dosierungsstärke für Kinder und Jugendliche nicht geeignet.
Bei schwangeren oder stillenden Frauen und bei schwerer Leber- oder Niereninsuffizienz nur nach ärztlicher Verschreibung anwenden.
Bei Husten, der länger als 14 Tage anhält, muss ein Arzt oder ein Apotheker bzw. eine Ärztin oder eine Apothekerin beigezogen werden. Der Arzt oder die Ärztin soll aufgesucht werden, wenn Verdacht auf eine schwerere Atemwegserkrankung besteht (z.B. bei Atemnot, stärkerem Unwohlsein oder höherem Fieber).
Sie sollten den Arzt bzw. die Ärztin aufsuchen, wenn während der Behandlung Magenbeschwerden auftreten. Während der Behandlung mit Bisolvon Ambroxol retard sollten Sie keine hustendämpfenden Arzneimittel einnehmen, da das Abhusten des verflüssigten Schleims durch die Unterdrückung des Hustenreflexes beeinträchtigt wird und es zu einer unerwünschten Ansammlung von Bronchialschleim in den Atemwegen kommen kann.
Falls Haut- oder Schleimhautveränderungen auftreten, ist der Arzt bzw. die Ärztin umgehend zu informieren und die Behandlung abzubrechen.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten (insbesondere Niereninsuffizienz, Neigung zu Magengeschwüren) leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden.
Wenn Sie schwanger sind, bei Kinderwunsch oder wenn Sie Ihr Kind stillen, sollten Sie vorsichtshalber möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten. Bisolvon Ambroxol retard darf während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit nur auf ärztliche Verschreibung eingenommen werden.
Sofern vom Arzt oder der Ärztin nicht anders verschrieben, wird Bisolvon Ambroxol retard entweder mit dem Essen oder auch nüchtern wie folgt eingenommen:
Erwachsene: täglich 1 Retardkapsel entweder morgens oder abends. Bei schwereren Fällen täglich 2 Retardkapseln entweder morgens oder abends. Die Kapseln sollen ungeöffnet und unzerkaut mit genügend Flüssigkeit eingenommen werden.
Wenn Sie an schweren Funktionsstörungen der Nieren leiden, wird Ihnen Ihr Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin evtl. eine herabgesetzte Dosierung des Arzneimittels oder eine Einnahme in grösseren Zeitabständen verschreiben.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Bisolvon Ambroxol retard auftreten:
Häufig tritt Übelkeit auf. Gelegentlich wurden Erbrechen, Durchfall, Verdauungsstörungen und Bauchschmerzen festgestellt. Selten treten Hautausschlag und Nesselfieber auf. Diese sollten nach Absetzen der Therapie rasch abklingen.
Weiter können allergische Reaktionen (= akute Überreaktionen des Immunsystems) bis zum allergischen Schock, und weitere Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen wie z.B. flüchtige, massive Schwellungen v.a. der Lippen, Lider, Zunge sowie Juckreiz auftreten.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Bisolvon Ambroxol retard ist ausser Reichweite von Kindern aufzubewahren.
Bei 15?30 °C lagern.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
