Patienten mit einer bekannten Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber Vitamin B6 sowie Patienten, die unter der Parkinsonschen Krankheit leiden und mit L-Dopa behandelt werden, sollen auf eine Einnahme von Burgerstein Vitamin B6 100 mg-Tabletten verzichten.
Vitamin B6 kann die krampflösende Wirkung von Medikamenten, die bei Epilepsien verordnet werden (Barbiturate, Phenytoin), sowie die Wirkung von L-Dopa, das für Parkinson-Patienten verwendet wird, herabsetzen.
Bei bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch sind keine Vorsichtsmassnahmen zu befolgen.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden.
Auf Grund der bisherigen Erfahrungen ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Burgerstein Vitamin B6 100 mg auftreten:
Bei der Einnahme von mehr als 500 mg Vitamin B6 pro Tag während mehrerer Wochen bis Monate sind Störungen von Nervenfunktionen sowie der Bewegungskoordination beobachtet worden.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin informieren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
Ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) aufbewahren.
