Calmurid Crème ist eine Hautcrème mit feuchtigkeitsbewahrenden und hornhautlösenden Eigenschaften.
Einer der Wirkstoffe in der Calmurid Crème ist Harnstoff, welcher Wasser binden kann und feuchtigkeitsregulierend wirkt. Bei trockener Haut kann ein Mangel an wasserbindenden Substanzen in der Haut bestehen, welcher von aussen zugeführter Harnstoff ausgleichen kann. Harnstoff hat in der Konzentration, wie er in der Calmurid Crème vorliegt, auch einen Hornhaut auflösenden Effekt. Der zweite Wirkstoff, die Milchsäure, wirkt ebenfalls wasserbindend und hornhauterweichend. Das Abstossen von Hornhautauflagerungen wird erleichtert und so die Hautelastizität wieder hergestellt.
Calmurid Crème wird angewendet bei rauher, trockener, schuppiger Haut. Sofern vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verordnet, kann Calmurid Crème auch verwendet werden bei krankhaft gesteigerter Verhornungstendenz der Haut sowie zur unterstützenden Therapie bei Schuppenflechte und des atopischen Ekzems.
Bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit auf einen Bestandteil des Präparates darf Calmurid Crème nicht angewendet werden.
Vermeiden Sie das Auftragen von anderen äusserlich anzuwendenden Arzneimitteln oder Kosmetika auf dieselben Hautpartien, die mit Calmurid Crème behandelt werden. Durch die hornhautlösenden Eigenschaften von Calmurid Crème kann die Aufnahme anderer Wirkstoffe durch die Haut erhöht sein, und eine Hautreizung oder andere Nebenwirkungen könnten hervorgerufen werden.
Nicht in Augennähe anwenden. Kontakt mit Schleimhäuten ist zu vermeiden. Auf geschädigter oder entzündeter Haut oder im Gesicht darf Calmurid Crème nur mit Vorsicht angewendet werden.

Wenn Sie schwanger sind oder es werden möchten, sollten Sie Calmurid Crème ausschliesslich nach Rücksprache mit dem Arzt bzw. mit der Ärztin und nur wenn es eindeutig erforderlich ist, anwenden.
Tragen Sie die Crème 2× täglich nach dem Waschen vorzugsweise auf die noch feuchte Haut auf. Bei starken Verhornungen empfiehlt es sich, die Crème in dicker Schicht aufzutragen und nach 3?5 Minuten einzumassieren. Calmurid kann auch bei Kleinkindern, Kindern und Jugendlichen angewendet werden. Es sind keine altersabhängigen Einschränkungen oder Modifizierungen der Dosierung notwendig.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Anwendung von Calmurid auftreten:
Calmurid kann beim ersten Auftragen auf die geschädigte Haut ein anfängliches Brennen verursachen. Dieser Effekt verschwindet normalerweise nach wenigen Minuten. Nach der zweiten Anwendung wiederholt sich das Brennen im allgemeinen nicht.
Selten können Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen auftreten. Suchen Sie in solchen Fällen Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin auf.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.

Calmurid Crème ist bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) aufzubewahren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «Verwendbar bis» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
