Calperos sorgt für die genügende Calciumzufuhr
-zur Deckung eines erhöhten Bedarfes (z.B. Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit, Wachstum, Menopause),
-bei calciumarmer Ernährung (keine oder wenig Milchprodukte),
-zur Unterstützung der Vorbeugung von Knochenschwund (Osteoporose).
Auf Empfehlung eines Arztes oder Apothekers bzw. einer Ärztin oder Apothekerin kann Calperos in Verbindung mit anderen medikamentösen Behandlungen zur Behandlung von Osteoporose und als unterstützendes Mittel bei Allergien verwendet werden.
Wenn Sie auf einen der Inhaltsstoffe von Calperos überempfindlich reagieren, bei erhöhten Calciumwerten im Blut, erhöhter Calciumausscheidung im Harn, stark gestörter Nierenfunktion oder wenn Sie von Ihrem Arzt bzw. Ihrer Ärztin aus kein Calcium einnehmen dürfen.
Calperos enthält Aspartam, das bei Phenylketonurie kontraindiziert ist.
Bei chronischer Nierenfunktionsstörung oder Steinbildung im Harntrakt.
Wenn Sie gleichzeitig andere Arzneimittel einnehmen müssen, kann es zu Arzneimittel-Wechselwirkungen kommen.
Bei gleichzeitiger Einnahme von Vitamin D wird die Calciumaufnahme erhöht.
Calperos muss mindestens 3 Stunden vor oder nach Einnahme von einem Antibiotikum der Tetrazyklin-Gruppe eingenommen werden. Ein zeitlicher Abstand von 2 Stunden zwischen der Einnahme von Calperos und Biphosphonaten, Estramustin (Krebsarzneimittel), Fluor- oder Eisenpräparaten sowie Phenytoin soll eingehalten werden.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden.
Calperos kann in der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit eingenommen werden.
Falls vom Arzt bzw. der Ärztin nicht anders verordnet, gelten folgende Dosierungsempfehlungen:
Erwachsene: 1'000 mg pro Tag (2 Lutschtabletten).
Kinder: 500?1'000 mg pro Tag (1?2 Lutschtabletten).
Calperos Lutschtabletten sollten gelutscht oder gekaut werden. Nicht schlucken.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Calperos auftreten: In seltenen Fällen wurden leichte Störungen im Verdauungstrakt wie Blähungen, Verstopfung oder Durchfall beobachtet.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Calperos ist mit Aspartam gesüsst.
Calperos Lutschtabletten sind bei Raumtemperatur zwischen 15 und 25 °C zu lagern, vor Hitze und Feuchtigkeit zu schützen und für Kinder unerreichbar aufzubewahren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Verfalldatum verwendet werden.
