Wir organisieren mit einer unserer Partner-Apotheken eine Sendung Ihres Carbovit® (15 g/100)'s gegen Unterschrift (24h)
oder dem Medikamenten-Taxi nach einer Online Sprechstunde, falls gewünscht.
Eine Flasche Carbovit® enthält 15 g Aktivkohle, die Giftstoffe bindet und dadurch die Aufnahme im Körper verhindert. Carbovit® wird bei akuten oralen Vergiftungen oder Überdosierungen von Arzneimitteln angewendet.
Carbovit® darf nicht angewendet werden bei Vergiftungen mit reizenden Stoffen, wie starken Säuren oder Laugen. Bei Schläfrigkeit (eingeschränktem Bewusstsein) besteht die Gefahr, dass das Arzneimittel in die Atemwege gelangt (Aspiration).
Bei akuter Vergiftung oder Überdosierung von Medikamenten zuerst einen Arzt oder das Tox-Zentrum (Notfall-Nummer 145) kontaktieren.
Aktivkohle kann die Wirkung von gleichzeitig eingenommenen Medikamenten vermindern. Deshalb sollten diese Medikamente erst 2 Stunden nach der Carbovit®-Einnahme angewendet werden.
Carbovit® kann nach heutigem Kenntnisstand bei vorschriftsmässiger Anwendung in der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit ohne Gefährdung des Kindes eingenommen werden.
Soweit nicht anders verordnet, gelten im akuten Vergiftungsfall folgende Dosierungen:
Bei Kindern unter 1 Jahr müssen die Angaben des Arztes oder des Tox-Zentrums befolgt werden.
Kinder ab 1 bis zu 4 Jahren:
1 Flasche Carbovit® einnehmen.
Kinder ab 4 bis zu 10 Jahren:
Erste Dosis: 2 Flaschen Carbovit® einnehmen. Anschliessend wird alle 2 ? 4 Stunden 1 Flasche verabreicht.
Kinder ab 10 Jahren, Jugendliche und Erwachsene:
Erste Dosis: 4 Flaschen Carbovit® rasch einnehmen. Anschliessend werden alle 2 ? 4 Stunden 2 Flaschen Carbovit® verabreicht.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Carbovit® auftreten:
- Erbrechen
- vorübergehende Stuhlverstopfung und Völlegefühl
- Schwarzfärbung des Stuhls
Wenn Sie andere Nebenwirkungen bemerken, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin informieren.
Bewahren Sie Carbovit® bei Raumtemperatur (15 - 25 °C) und ausser Reichweite von Kindern auf. Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
Weitere Auskünfte erteilt Ihnen das Tox-Zentrum oder Ihr Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin.
