Collyre Bleu Laiter enthält zwei Wirkstoffe, Naphazolin, das gefässverengend und damit abschwellend wirkt und die Entzündung vermindert, und Methylenblau, das leicht desinfizierend wirkt.
Collyre Bleu Laiter lindert die Reizungen, die durch Staub, Rauch und durch starke Lichtstrahlung (Sonne, Neon, elektrisches Schweissen) hervorgerufen werden. Es hilft bei Bindehautreizungen.
Das Tragen von Sonnenbrillen kann besonders bei Wind und starkem Licht helfen, wenn Ihre Augen sehr gereizt sind.
Beim Vorliegen einer bekannten oder vermuteten Überempfindlichkeit (Allergie) auf einen der Inhaltsstoffe des Collyre Bleu Laiter.
Collyre Bleu Laiter darf von Personen, die an einem Engwinkelglaukom oder an einer anderen schweren Augenkrankheit leiden, nicht angewendet werden. Von der Anwendung bei Kindern unter 7 Jahren und bei Trockenheit der Augen (trockene Keratokonjunktivitis) wird abgeraten.
Die Augentropfen dürfen nicht länger als 2 bis 3 Tage ohne ärztlichen Rat angewendet werden. Wenn nach 2 bis 3 Tagen keine Besserung eingetreten ist, so muss der Arzt bzw. die Ärztin aufgesucht werden.
Wenn eine Verschlimmerung eintritt oder ein neues Krankheitszeichen, zum Beispiel eine Verschlechterung der Sehschärfe hinzukommt, so muss unbedingt der Arzt bzw. die Ärztin aufgesucht werden. Bei einer Verletzung des Auges oder wenn ein Fremdkörper sich im Auge befindet, muss sofort der Arzt bzw. die Ärztin aufgesucht werden.
Collyre Bleu Laiter muss bei Personen, die an Herzkreislaufkrankheiten, an Bluthochdruck, an Zuckerkrankheit oder bei Patienten, die an zu grosser Ausscheidung von Schilddrüsenhormonen leiden, mit Vorsicht angewendet werden.
Bei Personen, die mit Arzneimitteln gegen Depressionen behandelt werden oder die eine solche Behandlung vor weniger als zwei Wochen beendigt haben, muss ebenfalls Vorsicht gelten. Dieses Arzneimittel wurde Ihnen von Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. von Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin zur Behandlung Ihrer jetzt bestehenden Beschwerden verschrieben. Verwenden Sie es nicht von sich aus zur Behandlung anderer Krankheiten oder bei anderen Personen.
Hinweis für Kontaktlinsenträger: Collyre Bleu Laiter kann flexible oder weiche Kontaktlinsen durch Verfärben beschädigen. Aus diesem Grund ist es empfehlenswert, während der Behandlung auf das Tragen von Kontaktlinsen zu verzichten.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden!
Wenden Sie dieses Arzneimittel während der Schwangerschaft oder der Stillzeit nur mit der Zustimmung Ihres Arztes oder Apothekers bzw. Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin an.
1 Tropfen, 2 bis 6 mal täglich. Öffnen Sie das Fläschchen, halten Sie es vor das Auge und drücken Sie zum Tropfen leicht darauf. Vermeiden Sie es, mit dem Fläschchen das Auge oder das Augenlid zu berühren. Nachdem Sie die Tropfen ins Auge geträufelt haben, ziehen Sie leicht an den Lidern, damit die Tropfen gut eindringen und schliessen Sie dann die Lider während ein bis zwei Minuten. Nach dem Eintropfen muss die Flasche mit dem Deckel verschlossen und in der Schachtel aufbewahrt werden.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker, bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Anwendung von Collyre Bleu Laiter auftreten:
Die Verwendung von Collyre Bleu Laiter kann eine Erweiterung der Pupille und eine Hyperämie (Ansammlung von Blut) zur Folge haben. Wirkungen, welche auf eine Aufnahme des Naphazolins in den ganzen Körper zurückzuführen sind, können Bluthochdruck, Herzbeschwerden, zu viel Zucker im Blut sowie eine Erhöhung des Augeninnendruckes, Übelkeit oder Kopfschmerzen, Nervosität hervorrufen.
Überempfindlichkeitserscheinungen treten selten auf. In diesem Fall muss die Behandlung abgebrochen und der Arzt bzw. die Ärztin aufgesucht werden. Er bzw. sie entscheidet über die Notwendigkeit, eine geeignete Behandlung zu verschreiben. Bei versehentlicher Einnahme können besonders bei Kindern toxische Wirkungen auftreten. Suchen Sie sofort Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin auf.
Die in den Augentropfen enthaltenen Wirkstoffe können in den Blutkreislauf übertreten. Aus diesem Grund können unerwünschte Wirkungen auch im ganzen Körper auftreten.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin informieren.
In der gut verschlossenen Originalverpackung bei Zimmertemperatur (15 bis 25 °C) und ausser Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
30 Tage nach Anbruch der Flasche den eventuell verbliebenen restlichen Inhalt Ihrer Abgabestelle (Arzt oder Apotheker) zum fachgerechten Entsorgen bringen.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
