daflon 500 mg enthält Stoffe mit stärkenden und schützenden Eigenschaften, die sich günstig auf die Behandlung bestimmter Erkrankungen der Blutgefässe auswirken.
daflon 500 mg wird zur Behandlung von venösen Durchblutungsstörungen, von Ödemen und Hämorrhoiden angewendet.
Befolgen Sie die Empfehlungen Ihres Arztes, nicht nur hinsichtlich der Verordnungen, sondern auch bezüglich Gymnastik und dem Tragen von Stützstrümpfen (Krampfadernstrümpfe).
Vermutete oder bekannte Überempfindlichkeit (Allergie) gegen die Flavonoidfraktion oder einen der Hilfsstoffe von daflon 500 mg oder andere Flavonoide.
Erste drei Monate der Schwangerschaft.
Bei richtiger Anwendung sind keine besonderen Vorsichtsmassnahmen geboten. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie weitere Krankheiten oder Allergien haben oder gleichzeitig andere Medikamente einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden (auch selbstgekaufte).
Informieren Sie bitte Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, falls Sie schwanger sind oder sich ein Kind wünschen und dieses stillen möchten.
Keine Studien wurden diesbezüglich durchgeführt. Aus Sicherheitsgründen sollte auf eine Behandlung mit daflon 500 mg während der Schwangerschaft und während der Stillzeit verzichtet werden.
Erwachsene: Die übliche Dosierung beträgt 2 Tabletten täglich (eine Tablette mittags und eine Tablette abends) vor, während oder nach den Mahlzeiten mit einem Glas Wasser.
Uhrzeit und Art der Mahlzeiten haben keinen Einfluss auf die Wirksamkeit des Medikaments.
Die Anwendung und Sicherheit von daflon 500 mg Filmtabletten bei Kindern und bei Jugendlichen ist bisher nicht geprüft worden.
Bitte halten Sie die auf dem Beipackzettel angegebene bzw. von Ihrem Arzt verordnete Dosierung ein. Wenn Sie schätzen, das Medikament wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin.
Wenn Sie mehr daflon 500 mg Filmtabletten eingenommen haben als Sie einnehmen sollten, kontaktieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin. Eine Überdosierung kann zu einer Verstärkung von Nebenwirkungen führen.
Unter daflon 500 mg können folgende Nebenwirkungen auftreten, die aber nicht in jedem Fall vorkommen.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können in absteigender Häufigkeit auftreten:
Häufig (kann bei 1 von 10 Patienten vorkommen): Durchfall, Verdauungsstörungen, Übelkeit, Erbrechen.
Gelegentlich (kann bis zu 1 von 100 Patienten betreffen): Kolitis.
Selten (kann bis zu 1 von 1000 Patienten betreffen): Schwindelgefühle, Kopfschmerzen, Unwohlsein, Hautausschlag, Juckreiz, Nesselsucht.
Mit nicht bekannter Häufigkeit (die Häufigkeit ist auf Grundlage der verfügbaren Daten nicht abschätzbar): Bauchschmerzen, isoliertes Ödem des Gesichts, der Augenlider oder der Lippen.
In Ausnahmefällen Quincke-Ödem.
Sollten bei Ihnen andere Nebenwirkungen auftreten, informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin.
Medikament ausser Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
Tabletten in der Originalpackung bei Raumtemperatur aufbewahren (15-25 °C).
Das Medikament darf nur bis zu dem auf der Packung mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
Weitere Auskünfte erteilt Ihnen Ihr Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, die über eine ausführliche Fachinformation verfügen.
Eine Filmtablette daflon 500 mg enthält:
Wirkstoffe: Gereinigte, mikronisierte Flavonoidfraktion 500 mg bestehend aus 450 mg Diosmin und 50 mg als Hesperidin dargestellte Flavonoide.
Hilfsstoffe: Carboxymethylstärke-Natrium, mikrokristalline Cellulose, Gelatine, Magnesiumstearat, Talk, Glycerol, Hypromellose, Macrogol 6000, Natriumlaurylsulfat, Eisen(III)-Hydroxid-Oxid × H2O (E172), Eisen(III)-Oxid (E172), Titanoxid (E 171).
