Dolo-Arthrosenex Gel ist ein schmerzstillendes und entzündungshemmendes Präparat zur äusserlichen Anwendung. Es enthält das schmerzlindernde und entzündungshemmende 2-Hydroxyethylsalicylat. Heparin fördert den Rückgang von Blutergüssen und Schwellungen. Kampfer wirkt leicht hyperämisierend (fördert die Gewebedurchblutung).
Dolo-Arthrosenex Gel wird angewendet:
Zur lokalen Behandlung von Schmerzen, Entzündungen und Schwellungen wie z.B. nach Verstauchungen, Prellungen und Zerrungen.
Als unterstützende Massnahme zur lokalen Behandlung von rheumatischen Beschwerden des Bewegungsapparates.
Bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit gegen einen der Inhaltsstoffe oder anderen schmerz- und entzündungshemmende Substanzen.
Nicht anwenden bei Kindern unter 2 Jahren.
Nicht anwenden bei bekannter Heparin-induzierter/assoziierter Thrombozytopenie (HIT, durch Heparin ausgelöster Mangel an Blutplättchen).
Dolo-Arthrosenex Gel darf nicht auf die Schleimhaut und nicht auf offene Wunden oder geschädigter Haut angewendet werden. Augen, Nasen- und Mundregion sind von der Behandlung mit Dolo-Arthrosenex Gel auszunehmen.
Dolo-Arthrosenex Gel soll nicht über längere Zeit grossflächig angewendet werden, ausser auf ärztliche Verschreibung.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie schon ähnliche Produkte (Rheumasalben) verwendet haben und diese zu allergischen Reaktionen führten, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden!
Dolo-Arthrosenex Gel darf während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit nicht angewendet werden, ausser auf ausdrückliche ärztliche Verschreibung.
Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. die Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin um Rat fragen.
Soweit nicht anders verschrieben, mehrmals täglich eine ausreichende Menge (5?10 cm langen Gelstrang) über die Schmerzzone hinaus auftragen. Nur einziehen lassen, nicht einmassieren.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt/Ärztin wenn sich die Beschwerden verschlimmern oder nach 2 Wochen nicht gebessert haben.
Die Anwendung und Sicherheit von Dolo-Arthrosenex Gel bei Kindern ist bisher nicht geprüft worden.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung.
Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Gelegentlich können Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen wie z.B. Hautrötungen, Hautausschlag auftreten. In Einzelfällen Kontaktallergie.
Bei stärkeren Hautreaktionen sollten Sie Dolo-Arthrosenex nicht mehr anwenden und Ihren Arzt/Ihre Ärztin informieren.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Dolo-Arthrosenex Gel bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) und für Kinder unerreichbar aufbewahren.
