+-Was ist Drosinula und wann wird es angewendet?

Drosinula ist ein Bronchial-Sirup mit Frisch pflanzen-Extrakten zur Linderung der Erkrankungen der Atemwege mit Hustenreiz, zäher Verschleimung und Heiserkeit.

+-Was sollte dazu beachtet werden?

Bei Husten, der länger als sieben Tage anhält, muss ein Arzt oder eine Ärztin beigezogen werden.

Hinweis für Diabetiker: Kohlenhydratgehalt: 10 g/10 ml

10 ml = 174 kJ (42kcal) = 1.0 BW (0.9 BE)

+-Wann darf Drosinula nicht oder nur mit Vorsicht angewendet werden?

Drosinula ist zuckerhaltig und darf von Diabetikern nicht eingenommen werden. Drosinula enthält 4-8 Vol.-% Alkohol und ist für Kinder und Jugendliche nicht geeignet. Bei Beachtung der empfohlenen Dosierung werden bei jeder Einnahme 0.32 g bis 0.63 g Alkohol zugeführt. Ein gesundheitliches Risiko besteht u.a. für Leberkranke, Alkoholkranke, Epileptiker, Hirngeschädigte, Schwangere und Stillende. Die Wirkung anderer Arzneimittel kann verstärkt oder beeinträchtigt werden. Drosinula darf nicht angewendet werden bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit auf einen der Inhaltsstoffe (siehe Zusammensetzung) sowie bei Asthma und Keuchhusten. Informieren Sie ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte) einnehmen.

+-Darf Drosinula während einer Schwangerschaft oder in der Stillzeit eingenommen werden?

Alkohol kann zu Schädigungen des ungeborenen Kindes führen. Wenn Sie schwanger sind oder es werden möchten, dürfen Sie Drosinula ? aufgrund seines Alkoholgehaltes ? nicht einnehmen.

+-Wie verwenden Sie Drosinula?

Erwachsene: alle 3 Stunden 10 ml mit dem beiliegenden Messbecher einnehmen. Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.

+-Welche Nebenwirkungen kann Drosinula haben?

Für Drosinula sind bisher bei bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch keine Nebenwirkungen beobachtet worden. Wenn Sie dennoch Nebenwirkungen beobachten, informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.

+-Was ist ferner zu beachten?

Drosinula ist zuckerhaltig und deshalb für Diabetiker nicht geeignet. Drosinula enthält einen herstellungsbedingten Alkoholgehalt von 4-8 Vol.-%. Drosinula soll bei Raumtemperatur (15 ? 25 °C) und ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahrt werden. Drosinula darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden. Frischpflanzen-Tinkturen können gelegentlich eine Nachtrübung erfahren, welche jedoch die Wirkung nicht beeinträchtigt. Nicht aufgebrauchte oder verfallene Packungen sollen an Ihren Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Apothekerin oder Drogistin zur Entsorgung zurückgebracht werden. Weitere Auskünfte erteilt Ihnen Ihr Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogist bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.

+-Was ist in Drosinula enthalten?

10 ml Drosinula Sirup enthalten: 2.6 g Presssaft und wässrigen Extrakt aus frischen Rottannenknospen (DEV 1:1 ber. auf die frische Heilpflanze), 0.3 g Tinktur aus Sonnentau (Droge-Extraktionsmittel-Verhältnis 1:6-11, Auszugsmittel Ethanol 51% (V/V)), 0.08 g Tinktur aus Efeukraut (Droge-Extraktionsmittel-Verhältnis 1:3-12, Auszugsmittel Ethanol 65% (V/V)), 4.6 g Rohrohrzucker, 3 g Honig, 3 g Birnendicksaft. Drosinula enthält ca. 4-8 Vol.% Alkohol.
