Fluconazol-Mepha N ist ein Antimykotikum (Mittel gegen Pilzerkrankungen) und enthält als Wirkstoff Fluconazol, eine Triazol-Verbindung.

Fluconazol-Mepha N darf nur auf Verschreibung des Arztes oder der Ärztin zur Behandlung und Vorbeugung von gewissen Pilzinfektionen angewendet werden.

+-Was sollte dazu beachtet werden?

Dieses Arzneimittel wurde Ihnen von Ihrem Arzt oder Ihrer Ärztin zur Behandlung Ihrer gegenwärtigen Krankheit verschrieben. Es darf nicht zur Behandlung anderer Krankheiten oder anderer Personen verwendet werden.

Fluconazol-Mepha N ist nicht wahllos gegen alle Pilze, welche Pilzerkrankungen verursachen, anwendbar. Um langwierige Komplikationen zu vermeiden, die durch die Anwendung eines falsch gewählten oder nicht richtig dosierten antiinfektiösen Mittels hervorgerufen werden können, dürfen Sie Fluconazol-Mepha N (auch bei späteren Pilzerkrankungen) nicht ohne ärztliche Verordnung anwenden.

+-Wann darf Fluconazol-Mepha N nicht eingenommen werden?

Fluconazol-Mepha N darf nicht angewendet werden, wenn Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen auf Fluconazol, auf andere Inhaltsstoffe von Fluconazol-Mepha N oder auf verwandte antimykotische Azol- oder Triazol-Präparate bei früheren Behandlungen aufgetreten sind.

+-Wann ist bei der Einnahme von Fluconazol-Mepha N Vorsicht geboten?

Informieren Sie bitte Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin, wenn Sie ein Arzneimittel mit folgenden Wirkstoffen anwenden, da eine gleichzeitige Behandlung mit Fluconazol-Mepha N möglichst vermieden werden sollte:

  • Erythromycin.

Informieren Sie bitte Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin, wenn Sie Arzneimittel mit einem der folgenden Wirkstoffe anwenden, da besondere Vorsichtsmassnahmen und/oder Dosis­anpassungen notwendig werden können, um sicherzustellen, dass diese Arzneimittel oder Fluconazol-Mepha N die gewünschte Wirkung haben:

  • Arzneimittel gegen Schmerzen und Entzündungen, wie z.B. Celecoxib, Flurbiprofen, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Lornoxicam, Meloxicam, Diclofenac, Cortison (wie z.B. Prednison), Fentanyl.
  • Arzneimittel gegen Migräne (sogenannte Ergotalkaloide), wie z.B. Dihydroergotamin.
  • Arzneimittel zur Behandlung von rheumatoider Arthritis, wie z.B. Tofacitinib.
  • Arzneimittel gegen Magenschleimhautentzündungen und Magenübersäuerung (Protonenpumpenhemmer), wie z.B. Omeprazol, Lansoprazol, Pantoprazol.
  • Arzneimittel gegen erhöhten Blutdruck und andere Herzerkrankungen, wie z.B. die Calciumantagonisten (Nifedipin, Isradipin, Amlodipin, Felodipin), Losartan, Hydrochlorthiazid.
  • Arzneimittel gegen erhöhte Blutfettwerte (Cholesterinsenker), wie z.B. Simvastatin, Atorvastatin, Fluvastatin.
  • Arzneimittel zur Blutverdünnung (Antikoagulanzien), wie z.B. Acenocoumarol.
  • Arzneimittel gegen Zuckerkrankheit (Antidiabetika), wie z.B. die Sulfonylharnstoffe (Glibenclamid, Gliclazid, Glimepirid).
  • Arzneimittel gegen Depressionen, wie z.B. Amitriptylin, Nortriptylin, Citalopram.
  • Arzneimittel gegen schwere Schlafstörung wie z.B. die Benzodiazepine (Midazolam, Triazolam).
  • Arzneimittel zur Behandlung von Krampfanfällen, Epilepsie, wie z.B. Carbamazepin, Phenytoin/Diphenylhydantoin, Phenobarbital, Valproat.
  • Arzneimittel gegen Asthma, wie z.B. Theophyllin.
  • Arzneimittel zur Behandlung der pulmonal-arteriellen Hypertonie, einer speziellen Erkrankung der Lungengefässe, wie z.B. Bosentan.
  • Arzneimittel gegen Pilzinfektionen, wie z.B. Amphotericin B, Voriconazol.
  • Arzneimittel in der HIV Therapie, wie z.B. Saquinavir, Atazanavir, Darunavir, Fosamprenavir, Tipranavir, Zidovudin.
  • Arzneimittel gegen Tuberkulose, wie z.B. Rifabutin, Rifampicin.
  • Arzneimittel in der Krebstherapie, wie z.B. Cyclophosphamid, Bortezomib, Gefitinib, Vincristin, Vinblastin.
  • Arzneimittel zur Behandlung von Transplantationspatienten, wie z.B. Ciclosporin, Sirolimus, Tacrolimus.
  • Arzneimittel gegen Heroinabhängigkeit, wie z.B. Methadon.

Während der Behandlung mit Fluconazol-Mepha N wird von der Einnahme von Johanniskraut-Extrakten (Hypericum perforatum), pflanzlichen Produkten, die bei gedrückter Stimmung und depressiven Symptomen eingesetzt werden abgeraten, weil die gleichzeitige Einnahme von Johanniskraut-Extrakten zu einem Verlust der antimykotischen Wirkung von Fluconazol-Mepha N führen könnte.

Falls während der Behandlung mit Fluconazol-Mepha N Symptome wie Appetitlosigkeit, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Müdigkeit, Bauchschmerzen oder dunkler Urin auftreten, sollten Sie dies Ihrem Arzt oder Ihrer Ärztin sofort mitteilen. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin über diese Symptome umgehend informieren, da möglicherweise Leberprobleme mit schwerwiegendem Verlauf auftreten können.

Während der Behandlung wird Ihr Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin regelmässig die Leberwerte im Blut überprüfen.

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin unverzüglich beim Auftreten von Hautausschlägen. Sie könnten allergisch auf den Wirkstoff von Fluconazol-Mepha N reagieren. In seltenen Fällen können zudem schwerwiegende Haut- und Schleimhautentzündungen auftreten mit Rötung, Geschwür-/Blasenbildung und grossflächiger Abschälung der Haut oftmals begleitet von hohem Fieber und grippeartigen Symptomen (Stevens-Johnson-Syndrom, toxische epidermale Nekrolyse).

Informieren Sie bitte Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin wenn Sie Probleme mit Ihrer Niere haben. Ein schlecht eingestellter Blutzucker, erhöhter Blutdruck oder die Einnahme bestimmter Medikamente können die Funktion Ihrer Niere ebenfalls beeinflussen. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder ihre Ärztin damit gegebenenfalls eine Dosisanpassung Ihrer Medikamente vorgenommen werden kann.

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin, wenn Sie medikamentöse Verhütungsmittel («die Pille») einnehmen. Wenn Sie gleichzeitig Fluconazol-Mepha N und Verhütungsmittel einnehmen, kann Ihre Abbruchblutung verzögert auftreten.

Fluconazol-Mepha N Kapseln enthalten Lactose. Bitte nehmen Sie es erst nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem Arzt/Ihrer Ärztin ein, wenn Ihnen bekannt ist, dass Sie unter Unverträglichkeit gegenüber Lactose leiden.

Beim Führen von Fahrzeugen und Bedienen von Maschinen oder Werkzeuge sollte beachtet werden, dass gelegentlich Schwindel oder Krampfanfälle auftreten können.

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin, wenn Sie an Leber- oder Nierenfunktionsstörungen oder an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbst gekaufte ohne Verschreibung!) einnehmen!

+-Darf Fluconazol-Mepha N während einer Schwangerschaft oder in der Stillzeit eingenommen werden?

Wenn Sie schwanger sind oder es werden möchten, darf Fluconazol-Mepha N nur auf ausdrückliche Verschreibung des Arztes oder der Ärztin eingenommen werden.

Stillende Mütter sollen Fluconazol-Mepha N nicht oder nur auf ausdrückliche Verschreibung des Arztes oder der Ärztin einnehmen.

+-Wie verwenden Sie Fluconazol-Mepha N?

Da verschiedene Pilze unterschiedliche Pilzinfektionen verursachen, welche verschieden auf die Behandlung reagieren, weichen die Behandlungspläne stark voneinander ab. Folgen Sie deshalb immer genau dem von Ihrem Arzt oder Ihrer Ärztin verschriebenen Behandlungsplan.

Ändern Sie nicht von sich aus die vorgeschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin.

+-Welche Nebenwirkungen kann Fluconazol-Mepha N haben?

Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Fluconazol-Mepha N auftreten:

Häufig (?1% bis <10%): Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Durchfall, Bauchschmerzen, Kopfschmerzen, akut auftretender Hautausschlag (Exanthem).

Gelegentlich (?0,1% bis ?1%): Schlaflosigkeit, Schläfrigkeit, Schwindel, Gefühlsstörungen, Geschmacksstörungen, Krampfanfälle, Verdauungsstörungen, Blähungen, Mundtrockenheit, Gelbsucht, Juckreiz, Nesselsucht, verstärktes Schwitzen, Muskelschmerzen, Müdigkeit, Malaise, Kraftlosigkeit, Fieber.

Selten (<0,1%): Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen wie Hautrötungen, Hautausschlag, Juckreiz, Bläschenbildung, Kurzatmigkeit und/oder geschwollenes Gesicht, Zittern (Tremor), Haarausfall.

Falls diese Symptome auftreten, ist der Arzt oder die Ärztin unverzüglich zu informieren.

Herzrhythmusstörungen.

Symptome einer Leberfunktionsstörung (unerklärliche extreme Müdigkeit, Gelbfärbung von Haut und Augen (Gelbsucht), dunkler Urin, heller Stuhl, Fieber, Appetitmangel, Bauchschmerzen, Übelkeit, Erbrechen oder Gewichtsverlust). Falls solche Symptome auftreten, ist Ihr Arzt oder Ihre Ärztin unverzüglich zu informieren, da eine Leberfunktionsstörung möglicherweise einen schwerwiegenden Verlauf nehmen kann.

Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin informieren.

Fluconazol-Mepha N Kapseln sind trocken in der Originalpackung und bei Raumtemperatur (15 - 25ºC) zu lagern.

Arzneimittel sind für Kinder unerreichbar aufzubewahren.

Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.

Nach Beendigung der Behandlung das Arzneimittel mit dem restlichen Inhalt Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin zum fachgerechten Entsorgen bringen.
