Magnesium-Diasporal 100 Lutschtabletten zeichnen sich durch angenehmen Geschmack nach Orange, ihre einnahmefreundliche Darreichungsform und therapeutisch sinnvolle Dosierung aus. Ein Mangel an Magnesium kann leichte bis schwerwiegende Störungen zur Folge haben.
Der Mensch braucht täglich 300-400 mg Mg 2+. Ein Mehrbedarf besteht z.B. bei Hochleistungssport, Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit, Alkoholmissbrauch und während des Wachstums. Der Tagesbedarf kann sich verdoppeln. Magnesium wirkt hauptsächlich an Herz und Gefässen, Nerven und Muskeln.
Magnesium-Diasporal 100 Lutschtabletten werden
Wadenkrämpfen, Muskelzuckungen, rastlosen Beinen; magnesiumarmer Ernährung;
im Hochleistungssport, während Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit; während des Wachstums;
bei Magnesiummangelzuständen infolge ungenügender Zufuhr (einseitige Ernährung, Alkoholmissbrauch),
bei bestimmten Herzrhythmusstörungen.
Hinweis für Diabetiker: Dieses Arzneimittel enthält 69 mg verwertbare Kohlenhydrate pro Einzeldosis.
Bei stark eingeschränkter Nierenfunktion oder Veranlagung zu bestimmten Nierensteinerkrankungen (Magnesium-Ammoniumphosphat-Steine) und grossen Wasserverlusten z.B. nach starkem Erbrechen oder Durchfall, dürfen Magnesium-Diasporal 100 Lutschtabletten nicht angewendet werden.
Patienten mit eingeschränkter Nierenfunktion dürfen das Arzneimittel nur nach Rücksprache mit dem Arzt bzw. der Ärztin einnehmen. Falls das Arzneimittel gegen Wadenkrämpfe eingenommen wird und diese länger als 10 Tage anhalten, ist ein Arzt bzw. eine Ärztin zu konsultieren.
Magnesiumpräparate sollen nicht zum gleichen Zeitpunkt mit Tetracyclin (Antibiotikum) oder Eisensalzen eingenommen werden, da sie sich gegenseitig in der Aufnahme ins Blut behindern. Eine zeitlich versetzte Anwendung von 3-4 Stunden ist möglich.
Magnesium kann die Wirkung von blutgerinnungshemmenden Mitteln verstärken.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden!
Magnesium-Diasporal 100 Lutschtabletten lutschen.
Wenn vom Arzt bzw. Ärztin nicht anders verordnet, wird für Magnesium-Diasporal 100 Lutschtabletten folgende Dosierung pro Tag empfohlen:
Kinder 2-3 Jahre: 1× 1 Lutschtablette
Kinder 3-12 Jahre: 2× 1 Lutschtablette
Erwachsene und Kinder über 12 Jahre: 3× 1 Lutschtablette
Die Anwendung und Sicherheit von Magnesium-Diasporal 100 Lutschtabletten bei Kindern unter 2 Jahren ist bisher nicht systematisch geprüft worden.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Magnesium-Diasporal 100 Lutschtabletten auftreten:
Gelegentlich kann es bei der Einnahme von Magnesium-Diasporal 100 Lutschtabletten zu weichem Stuhl kommen. Diese unerwünschte Begleiterscheinung verschwindet normalerweise nach wenigen Tagen ohne Absetzen des Arzneimittels; andernfalls ist die Dosis nach Rücksprache mit dem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. der Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin entsprechend zu reduzieren bzw. das Arzneimittel abzusetzen.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
Bei Raumtemperatur (15-25 °C) und ausser Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
