Wir organisieren mit einer unserer Partner-Apotheken eine Sendung Ihres Otalgan® (60 mg)'s gegen Unterschrift (24h)
oder dem Medikamenten-Taxi nach einer Online Sprechstunde, falls gewünscht.
Otalgan eignet sich zur Behandlung von Ohrenschmerzen verursacht durch Entzündungen des Mittelohrs oder des äusseren Gehörganges.
Otalgan darf nicht angewendet werden bei Überempfindlichkeit gegen die Inhaltsstoffe sowie wenn eine Schädigung, z.B. Trommelfellverletzung, besteht.
Otalgan soll nicht länger als 2 Tage ohne ärztiche Verordnung angewendet werden. Bei gleichzeitig auftretendem Schwindel oder bei Auftreten von Fieber ist wegen möglicher Komplikationen eine ärztliche Untersuchung angeraten. Gleichzeitig verabreichte Arzneimittel können sich in ihrer Wirkung gegenseitig beeinflussen. Es ist eine mögliche Beeinträchtigung durch eingeschränktes Hörvermögen (verursacht durch die Erkrankung oder durch die Anwendung der Ohrentropfen) zu beachten.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen oder äusserlich anwenden!
Frauen die schwanger sind, es werden wollen oder stillen, sollen Otalgan ausschliesslich nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem Arzt bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin anwenden.
Alle 2?4 Stunden oder jeweils bei Nachlassen der schmerzlindernden Wirkung bis zu 4-mal täglich in das kranke Ohr einträufeln:
Erwachsene und Jugendliche über 12 Jahre: 5 Tropfen.
Kinder über 2 Jahre: 2?3 Tropfen.
Kinder unter 2 Jahre nur auf ärztliche Verschreibung.
Ohrenschmerzen bei Kindern sollten grundsätzlich von einem Arzt bzw. einer Ärztin abgeklärt werden.
Otalgan vor Gebrauch auf Körpertemperatur vorwärmen (kurzes Erwärmen durch Umschliessen mit der Hand. nicht erhitzen!). Einträufeln in Seitenlage und ca. 15 Minuten so verweilen. Danach Gehörgang mit Watte verschliessen.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker, bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Anwendung von Otalgan auftreten: Allergische Reaktionen sind möglich. Bei der Anwendung trotz Trommelfellverletzung kann Schmerzverstärkung und evtl. Schaden an Mittelohrstrukturen auftreten (siehe «Wann darf Otalgan nicht angewendet werden?»). Sollten Sie während der Verwendung von Otalgan Missempfindungen oder andere Veränderungen bemerken, müssen Sie Ihren Arzt bzw. Ihre Ärztin informieren.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin informieren.
Otalgan darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden. Bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) lagern.
Arzneimittel für Kinder unzugänglich aufbewahren.
Weitere Auskünfte erteilt Ihnen Ihr Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin. Diese Personen verfügen über die ausführliche Fachinformation.
