Bei Perskindol Cool Gel Arnika handelt es sich um ein lokal wirksames, äusserlich anzuwendendes Arzneimittel. Das Gel wird appliziert zur Verminderung der Hämatombildung (Bluterguss) infolge stumpfer Verletzungen wie Prellungen, Quetschungen, Zerrungen und Verrenkungen.

Die Wirkstoffe von Perskindol Cool Gel Arnika ziehen rasch in die Haut ein und wirken direkt in den darunter liegenden Gewebe- und Gelenkbereichen. Auf Grund dieser Eigenschaften eignet sich Perskindol Cool Gel Arnika zur Schmerzlinderung.

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an andern Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben (Arnika-Allergie), andere Medikamente, auch selbst gekaufte, äusserlich anwenden.
Auf Grund der bisherigen Erfahrungen ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt. Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin um Rat fragen.
Soweit nicht anders verschrieben: Umgehend nach Auftreten der Verletzung die betroffene Stelle mit einer entsprechenden Menge Gel (je nach Ausmass bzw. Grösse der Verletzung 3?5 cm Strang) ohne Druck einmassieren. Nach Bedarf bis 5-mal täglich in dünner Schicht auf die betroffene schmerzende Stelle auftragen. Nach der Anwendung Hände gut waschen!
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt, von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, Perskindol Cool Gel Arnika wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Die Anwendung und Sicherheit von Perskindol Cool Gel Arnika bei Kleinkindern ist bisher nicht geprüft worden.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Anwendung von Perskindol Cool Gel Arnika auftreten: Gelegentlich können leichtes Hautjucken, Rötung oder Brennen auftreten. Bei seltenen ekzematösen Hautveränderungen oder sehr seltenen ausgeprägten Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen oder Kälteverbrennungen ist die Behandlung abzubrechen und gegebenenfalls der Arzt oder die Ärztin zu informieren.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) und ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren!
Perskindol Cool Gel Arnika darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
