Phytopharma Escholtzia Kapseln enthalten ein Pulver, das aus dem blühenden Kraut des Kalifornischen Mohns (Eschscholziae californicae herbae cum flore pulvis) gewonnen wurde. Dieses blühende Kraut wird bei sehr niedriger Temperatur getrocknet und pulverisiert, um ein feines Pulver zu gewinnen, in dem alle Wirkstoffe der Pflanze enthalten sind. Phytopharma Escholtzia wird traditionell bei nervöser Anspannung und zur Schlafförderung bei leichten Schlafproblemen eingesetzt.
Falls die Schlafstörungen andauern, muss ein Arzt aufgesucht werden.
Vergessen Sie nicht, dass bestimmte Genussmittel wie Kaffee, Alkohol sowie bestimmte Arzneimittel Schlafstörungen verursachen können.
Bei Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber Pflanzen aus der Familie der Mohngewächse (Papaveraceae) wie beispielsweise Klatschmohn oder Mohn dürfen Phytopharma Escholtzia Kapseln nicht verwendet werden.
Dieses Arzneimittel ist nur für Erwachsene bestimmt. Nicht anwenden bei Kindern oder Jugendlichen.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte) einnehmen.
Während der Schwangerschaft und der Stillzeit dürfen Phytopharma Escholtzia Kapseln nicht eingenommen werden, da bislang noch keine Studien und klinischen Beobachtungen vorliegen.
Für die Erwachsenen beträgt die Dosis 4 Kapseln pro Tag (2 Kapseln abends während des Essens und 2 Kapseln vor dem Schlafengehen) mit einem Glas Wasser.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Bei Anwendung von Phytopharma Escholtzia Kapseln können folgende Nebenwirkungen auftreten: allergische Hautreaktion (selten), motorische und psychische Hyperaktivität (selten).
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
Den Behälter fest verschlossen halten und bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) lagern.
Ausser Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
