Prosta-Urgenin ist ein pflanzliches Prostatamittel mit einem lipophilen Extrakt aus Sägepalmenfrüchten (Sabal serrulata). Es wird angewendet bei Beschwerden beim Wasserlassen infolge beginnender Vergrösserung der Prostata (Vorsteherdrüse) ? wie Harndrang, verzögerter Beginn beim Wasserlassen, Nachträufeln, Gefühl der unvollständigen Entleerung, schwacher oder unterbrochener Harnstrahl.
Wenn die Beschwerden anhalten oder zunehmen, ist eine ärztliche Untersuchung notwendig.
Bis heute sind keine Anwendungseinschränkungen bekannt. Bei bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch sind keine besonderen Vorsichtsmassnahmen notwendig.
Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin, wenn Sie an anderen Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte) einnehmen!
Aufgrund des Anwendungsgebietes ist das Präparat für männliche Erwachsene bestimmt. Die Behandlung von weiblichen Erwachsenen sowie von Kindern und Jugendlichen ist nicht vorgesehen.
Soweit nicht anders verordnet, nehmen erwachsene Männer 1-mal täglich 1 Kapsel unzerkaut mit etwas Flüssigkeit ein. Die Einnahme sollte immer zur gleichen Tageszeit, am besten zu einer festgelegten Mahlzeit, erfolgen. Es empfiehlt sich Prosta-Urgenin über einen längeren Zeitraum einzunehmen.
Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt bzw. von der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin.
Die Anwendung und Sicherheit von Prosta-Urgenin Kapseln bei Kindern und Jugendlichen ist bisher nicht geprüft worden.
Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme oder Anwendung von Prosta-Urgenin auftreten:
Selten können leichte Magenbeschwerden, wie z.B. leichtes Aufstossen, auftreten.
Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt, Apotheker oder Drogisten bzw. Ihre Ärztin, Apothekerin oder Drogistin informieren.
Arzneimittel für Kinder unzugänglich aufbewahren! Bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) lagern.
Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf dem Behälter mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.
