Siccalix ist eine Nasensalbe zur Befeuchtung trockener Nasenschleimhaut. Ihre fördernden Effekte auf das Zellgewebe unterstützen die Regenerierung der Haut und der Schleimhäute besonders auch in Fällen nach einer Operation der Nasenscheidewand.
Die in Siccalix enthaltenen zwei Wirkstoffe Meersalz und Dexpanthenol ergänzen sich in ihren Wirkungen. Die Eigenschaften des Meersalzes bewirken die Befeuchtung der Nasenschleimhaut, wodurch die Behinderung der in der Nase vorhandenen feinen Flimmerhärchen verschwindet und diese ihre Funktion wieder ausführen können.
Dexpanthenol spielt eine wichtige Rolle in der Aufrechterhaltung des Stoffwechsels in den oberen Zellschichten der Haut und der Schleimhäute in der Nase.
Siccalix wird angewendet zur Befeuchtung trockener Nasenschleimhaut, zur Säuberung der Nasenhöhlen, bei Krusten.
Auf Empfehlung des Apothekers bzw. der Apothekerin oder auf ärztliche Verordnung wird Siccalix auch nach Operationen der Nasenscheidewand angewendet.
Bei Überempfindlichkeit gegen einen der Inhaltsstoffe darf Siccalix nicht angewendet werden.
Bei bestimmungsgemässem Gebrauch sind keine besonderen Vorsichtsmassnahmen zu befolgen.
