+-Was ist Sinupret und wann wird es angewendet?

Sinupret/Sinupret forte Dragées enthalten Enzianwurzel, Schlüsselblumenblüten, Sauerampferkraut, Holunderblüten und Eisenkraut.

Sinupret wirkt schleimlösend (sekretolytisch) und entzündungshemmend (antiphlogistisch). Dadurch löst Sinupret zähen Schleim, lässt verstopfte Nasen abschwellen und gestaute Sekrete leichter abfliessen.

Sinupret/Sinupret forte Dragées werden angewendet bei akuten und chronischen Entzündungen der Nasennebenhöhlen und der Atemwege, ggf. als Zusatztherapie zu anderen Therapien.

+-Was sollte dazu beachtet werden?

Sollten die Beschwerden länger als 7 Tage andauern oder mit Fieber (über 38 °C) verbunden sein, ist ein Arzt bzw. eine Ärztin zu konsultieren.

Hinweis für Diabetiker: eine Einzeldosis (2 Dragées Sinupret resp. 1 Dragée Sinupret forte) enthält weniger als 0,03 BE.

+-Wann darf Sinupret nicht oder nur mit Vorsicht angewendet werden?

Nicht anwenden bei Kleinkindern ohne Anraten eines Arztes bzw. einer Ärztin.

Nicht anwenden bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit auf einen der Inhaltsstoffe.

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin, wenn Sie an andern Krankheiten leiden, Allergien haben oder andere Arzneimittel (auch selbstgekaufte!) einnehmen.

+-Darf Sinupret während einer Schwangerschaft oder in der Stillzeit eingenommen/angewendet werden?

Aufgrund der bisherigen Erfahrung ist bei bestimmungsgemässer Anwendung kein Risiko für das Kind bekannt. Systematische wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen wurden aber nie durchgeführt.

Vorsichtshalber sollten Sie während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit möglichst auf Arzneimittel verzichten oder den Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. die Ärztin oder Apothekerin um Rat fragen.

+-Wie verwenden Sie Sinupret?

Sinupret

Erwachsene: 3 mal täglich 2 Dragées.

Schulkinder: 3 mal täglich 1 Dragée.

Sinupret forte

Erwachsene und Kinder ab 12 Jahren: 3 mal täglich 1 Dragée.

Sinupret/Sinupret forte Dragées werden unzerkaut, gegebenenfalls mit etwas Flüssigkeit, geschluckt.

Halten Sie sich an die in der Packungsbeilage angegebene oder vom Arzt oder der Ärztin verschriebene Dosierung. Wenn Sie glauben, das Arzneimittel wirke zu schwach oder zu stark, so sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. mit Ihrer Ärztin oder Apothekerin.

+-Welche Nebenwirkungen kann Sinupret haben?

Folgende Nebenwirkungen können bei der Einnahme von Sinupret/Sinupret forte Dragées auftreten: In seltenen Fällen sind Magenunverträglichkeiten bekannt geworden. In Einzelfällen sind Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen (Hautrötung, -ausschläge mit Bläschen, Atemnot) beschrieben worden. In letzteren Fällen ist von der weiteren Einnahme abzusehen und unverzüglich ein Arzt bzw. eine Ärztin zu konsultieren. Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bemerken, die hier nicht beschrieben sind, sollten Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bzw. Ihre Ärztin oder Apothekerin informieren.

+-Was ist ferner zu beachten?

Das Arzneimittel ist bei Raumtemperatur (15?25 °C) und ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufzubewahren.

Das Arzneimittel darf nur bis zu dem auf der Faltschachtel mit «EXP» bezeichneten Datum verwendet werden.

1 Sinupret Dragée enthält pulverisierte Drogen von Enzianwurzel 6 mg, Schlüsselblumenblüten 18 mg, Sauerampferkraut 18 mg, Holunderblüten 18 mg, Eisenkraut 18 mg.

1 Sinupret forte Dragée enthält pulverisierte Drogen von Enzianwurzel 12 mg, Schlüsselblumenblüten 36 mg, Sauerampferkraut 36 mg, Holunderblüten 36 mg, Eisenkraut 36 mg.

Sinupret/Sinupret forte Dragées enthalten zusätzlich Hilfsstoffe, u.a. Farbstoffe: Chinolingelb (E 104), Indigotin (E 132).
